Count me as another for Superspeed for many of the reasons that have already been brought up. Distance is very important and the Superspeed protocols dont take tons of time from ur day and can be done anywhere and anytime of year.
I think a place to putt in the off-season can be a super valuable tool but personal I’m not a fan of the Perfect Practice Putting Mat for a few reasons and it’s one of the last mats I would recommend unless ur space can’t fit anything else. The idea behind it is great with all of the distances, lines and 2 cup sizes but in my experience it’s frankly too easy to make putts. even on the undersized cup. Plus I have a personal distaste for sloped putting mats and don’t think they are very beneficial if at all. If u have the space for it and really want to truly have a setup to grind your putting with in the off-season, get a mat from someone like BirdieBall that is at least 10ft x 10ft or bigger and add subtle contours urself. I would make sure to have a cup cut right in the center that you can fill because at that size you can hit meaningful length putts from anywhere on the mat and even do clock style putting drills from all sides of the hole.

Well that’s great. I’m so conditioned to think I need a tx or it’s loose. I guess my raw white 75x is going to get a shot to be in the bag and kick out my premium shafts.
If those other shafts are working for u then I would stick with those personally. Just because something works for me doesn’t mean it will work great for everyone.
I generally have a good idea of what I need going into a fitting but I was very fortunate get get fit prior to the TSi release by a regional fitter for Titleist who happens to have fit me before and knows my game a little bit. So my build possibly has been dialed in a little more because my fitter had that bit of extra knowledge then he would when fitting the average golfer. Example being he knows I really don’t like to see the ball move hard left so we swapped out the weight for one 2 grams heavier and put it in T1. This is in addition to having the shaft cut 0.5” short and tipped 1.5”. This basically makes my shaft play like a X+

Awesome set up. You definitely have pop. Do you find the tensei white holds up for your swing? No hooks? I’m about 5-10 yards behind you depending on club. Maybe I should give mine a try. I kind of ruled it out to my Diamana ZF and Ventus blue 7x.
So from my understanding the AV RAW White plays stiffer than the regular white. I also had them tipped to try and get them even stiffer. I got this whole setup from my session with a Titleist fitter. So far things have been good and hooks haven’t been an issue. If anything I have times where hitting a draw is hard to do.

A big enough thanks can not be expressed to both @StrokerAce & @STUDque for everything they have done over the years. Whether you know it or not, each of you have been incredible helpful and I am forever grateful for the guidance you both have provided to myself and the rest of the forum.
Both of you will always be welcome here in Central Oregon. Just let me know and golf at Eagle Crest is on me. I will also do my best to help as much as I can for other facilities in the region

Would that work to keep goose poop from sticking to push cart wheels or would it wear off too quickly?
I have no idea but I would lean toward it wearing off quickly

Currently have 4 Gapr mid and a 3 hybrid. Gapr goes about 210+ and 3 hybrid will go 230+. I've been thinking of getting a 3 u510 to hopefully go around the 220 distance and drop the two club in my bag as i find myself using the hybird less and Gapr as i find it easier to hit in the fairways.
Have any of y'all done this switch or what are your thought?
Both of those yardages off the deck correct and do u ever use either from the tee? Also what kind of trajectory/window are you trying to play in?
I think their is some merit to what your considering if you constantly having to decide between the 2 for which should go in the bag that day. Obviously I would still advocate for a professional fitting before buying to confirm you idea

Multiple golf companies have used carbon fiber on the sole for a number of years now. It’s so they can put weight exactly where they want it
Ditto on this. I completely understand Titleist and Ping's position on carbon fiber but I think that the Honma TR20 has proven that massive amount of carbon fiber can be successful in terms of performance

Snell MTB Black or X would probably be my 1st choice.
If I had to go with a major manufacturer I would probably have to narrow it down from the Taylormade, Bridgestone and Srixon balls

When i miss, i actually hit balls that start right and go more right (driver) or just look like a push (irons). But its not an inside out push, the divots point left, so the face is wide open. I rarely hit a big left to right slice, mostly push slice
Be careful when trying to assess swing path with divots because most divots can reflect a more closed path then what actually occurred. This is because divots (on good strikes) are created not only after contact with that ball but often past where the front of the ball was on the ground. At that point in our swings we are almost always beginning to move left (right for our lefty friends) into the follow through.

Personally I love anything from Under Armour with their HOVR cushion. Super comfortable

I switched to Modus 125X this summer from DG S300, mainly as the S300's were from when I was much younger. I definitely had outgrown the S300's and when i tried the modus 125 I loved the ball flight and feel they had. Out of the fairway my distances are always spot on, but the one issue I've had this summer is playing out of the rough. I tend to get so many fliers. Is this something that is more susceptible to certain shafts, or would other factors have a greater effect on how the ball flies out of the rough? Only reason I'm asking is my shots out of the rough from a flier lie, seem to fly flat with no spin on the ball, and they go sometimes a full 2 clubs longer than they should, putting me in a trouble position, I never really noticed this issue with the dynamic golds.
The lie in the rough itself will have the greatest effect on determining a flier. That is why the phrase "flier lie" is a thing. After that it would be your grooves would have the most influence. Shafts are very low on the list of things having any influence on fliers happening

Shot Vision is terrible. Never waste your money with that. Even the free version isn't worth your time

I haven't heard any rumors about a refresh. I think flightscope is more focus on the Mevo+ right now rather than a refreshed Mevo at the $500 price point

Hello Fellas and ladies. New to the MGS phenomenon. just getting into the whole thing. I've seen the pod cast on YouTube a few times but didn't put 2 & 2 together till earlier this week. yes I am slow, but most likely to out drive you, HAHA. I play than my handicap. I always have a hole or two sometimes 3 that throw my round in the garbage. Can't score well if your getting 8 on 3 holes. I started a tourney earlier this year with three 8's in the first 4 holes. I wasn't going to drink that day, but that changed quick. The picture I for my avatar (if that's what's called) is from Bandon Dunes hole 18 right side of the fairway just before the big flippen ditch/ravine. 3 more yards and the ball would have been gone. I'm in Oregon, (not portland). Play mostly at Langdon Farms but I go all over. Love most of the central Oregon courses with Brasada as my favorite.
Keep it in the short stuff.
Jeremy
Welcome to MGS from Central Oregon!

Definitely not the 1st 3D Printed putter available for purchase. I know of at least 2 companies who have been selling 3D printed putters for more than a year. Most notable is the Putter Division of National Customs

Hey @dlow206 I know we are like 6 hours apart but I would love to help however I can. It can be anything from being an additional set of eyes, a set of ears to bounce things off or even someone to play with (when possible). Whatever I can help with just let me know!

Appreciate it. The consistent 4* loft gaps have helped me personally a lot with that
lol I swing hard for a short guy. I'm only like 5'6"
I sent my Enroll off to NorCal Putters a few years ago to get refinished to black (before Evnroll offered the ER2 Black) and they swapped the Red for Blue paintfill for me.
