Just a Simple Paint Swap On My ER5

I wasn't a fan of the bright opaque paint EVNRoll used, and I enjoy the Scotty Cameron aesthetic, so I decided a simple paint swap was in order.  After stripping the original paint I just applied some Tamiya Clear Red and Clear Black.

It's not a huge difference, but I'm pretty happy with the result.

If that were mine I think I'd strip the lettering and replace it with a clear black. Though I'm not sure if the paint stripper would have any affect on the red, so it might not be worth the gamble.

They're anodized. You can remove the paintfill and it won't hurt the anodization one bit. If you want the anodization gone, easy off over cleaner will strip the anodization.
