Kor.A.Door
With so many options of where to purchase, why would you order directly from the maker? You could have went to amazon and had them delivered the next day or 2. Lefties are always in their Right Mind
jaskanski
Yes - as with the others on this thread, if you don't explain what and how you ordered then this seems a little like sour grapes on your part. For instance, if you ordered custom embroidered one-offs, they tend to take a little longer to arrive than the other 100 or so models they also produce which are available in just about every golf store worldwide - and you can try them on for size too. So unless you have a legitimate point, in future try to avoid childish name calling and instead come up with a structured and reasonable argument of why you think their customer service is lacking. HardcoreLooper
I've worn Footjoy for years. Once I discovered the Contour Casuals, I finally found shoes that let me walk 18 without blisters. I usually buy them when they're on closeout, and I keep them even after I've worn the treads down for volunteering at TFT. They're clearing out last year's Versaluxe shoes, and most places are unloading them for about $70. Mine just came, and I can't wait to get them out on the course. They feel wonderful right out of the box. I wish they hadn't discontinued the entire line. Woobie
Not really the same problem, but FJ all the same. I have just blown inside heel out of my second pair of Free styles in less than 18 months. First pair were replaced no hassles by FJ under warranty but the shop where I brought originals from are saying I'm on my own for these. Spoke to a guy at a major golf outlet (I'm in Australia) and they won't even stock Freestyles and have such a bad reputation. Has anyone else had any issues with Freestyles? I wear FJ pretty exclusively for work (spikeless teaching shoes) and I have found FJ to be great to work with as well. I'm a 13N so finding shoes through normal channels is challenging at best.
