Canucklehead
Yep - back into the 170's. Today marks the end of the first 16 week phase of my fitness program. 30 lbs lost and nearly two inches on every measurable. I just finished lunch - I had lasagna from my favorite Italian hole in the Wall on Tuesday. I used to scarf the entire portion plus the salad and two pieces of bread. Today I had the other half of the portion and a salad that I made at home - no bread. I'm eating so much less and feeling so much better. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy I couldn't believe how little of a change could have such an impact when I started to consciously eat proper portions Sent from my E6853 using MyGolfSpy mobile app Rickp, tony@CIC and revkev

My trainer reviewed what I've eaten the last 16 weeks with me on Weds. I'm still eating a lot of the same things that I did before. garethw
I'm now at work for six weeks and back on the intermittent fasting. I only eat between 1200 and 2000. Outside of those hours I drink water, cups of tea and everyday 3-5 cups of green tea. Cutting out the cans of soda, cookies, chips etc etc and sticking to the intermittent fasting really helps. I also think drinking a lot of water and the green tea is working. It's hot and humid here so once I'm in the hangar working the sweat is dripping off me. revkev
Week 17 and I've hit a plateau for real. Just stuck between 179-181, bouncing in-between those numbers for 9 straight days. I need the get back to working out. I've been ridiculously busy which stinks because it's the part of the year that should slow down. Can't get this time back so every busy day heaps coal on the fire. It will be busy in August. I will work out tomorrow and get back in that habit. While 30 lbs lost is great I know that I need close to 10 more to be about my best weight.
