Can NOT stay logged in - website and app!

Changed my forum password the other day - now I can NOT stay logged in........... This affected using both the website and the Tapatalk app.

 

Changed my password again. Deleted the app off my smartphone. Re-logged in to the website on my laptop. Same results........

 

Maybe it's just me?

But this is annoying. Used to be able to just close the app on my smartphone and go right back in at a later time.

OK, fixed? (I hope) I see there was a recent update to the app, so I went into Settings to see if maybe there was a new "timeout" setting - no, there was not.

 

So, anyway, on the full site did the "Forgot Password" thing to force the forum s/w to reset my password, then went in and made a new password, logged out, reinstalled the app on my smartphone and logged in with the new password.

 

So far, so good? (I hope.)

How do you get to settings?

I have an Android phone and the way it displays on mine is 3 horizontal lines at the upper-left corner - this opens the app's main menu and you'll see Settings in there.

 

If you're on the full site on a computer click on your username at the top and you'll get to your profile settings.
