Shankster
I am already bored of the PB PA. Looking forward to the return of Bubba, hopefully he can defend his title. Always an exciting player to watch. Another great field this week. Absent is world number 1 Justin Rose, but we will get to see the Open Champ, Francesco Molinari for the first time at this event. A few other players will be there as well.

DannyDips
Bubba and DJ are great picks but I'm going with JT this week. newballcoach
This is one of my favourite tournaments every year. I love the course at Riviera and although I will never get to, I would LOVE to play there someday. Just an awesome layout with so many unique and challenging holes. The 10th is maybe the best short par 4 I've ever seen. I'd love to see Tony Finau pull this one out, he's such a great driver of the golf ball, but I don't know if he can putt well enough. Seeing Bubba defend would be awesome but I'd also be okay with Spieth pulling this one out and starting himself on a good track for this year. Kenny B
Last year for the Genesis Open. Starting next year, the PGA Tour gives a nod to Tiger as a modern day golf icon by elevating the status of the Genesis Open to an invitational, ala the Arnold Palmer Invitational and the Memorial; raising the purse by $1.9M to $9.3M. Sounds great... unless you are one of the 24 players in the field this week that can't play next year because an invitational reduces the field size to 120. Shankster
Just watched and heard the exchange between Bubba and Teddy. He blew a fairly easy shot. Lots of talking, swing his club in disgust... but he was trying to beat the rain, so his hook didn’t hook. Last thing I heard was “man, right club though”. Solidified that Bubba is human like us all. I just think he his hard on himself, and probably misread a lot.
