Update on my daughter. They’ve ordered a scope and some other testing for her. Reassured us he would get us answers. Not out of the woods yet, but there’s an opening.
Wife got home yesterday. Only for us to leave today with my oldest daughter for a weekend volleyball tournament. So no golf for me this weekend but doesn’t mean I won’t be thinking about it.
Have a great one spies!
Hope that they find a solution for your daughter soon!

Good morning spies and a happy Saturday!!!!
I was able to get an additional 90 minutes of sleep last night so I am feeling quite refreshed this morning. Getting after my morning stretches before breakfast and then start some chores before the F1 race starts in around 4 hours. Plenty of time for the putting mat to get some use in there as well. Maybe even go for a driving range session this afternoon.
Have a wonderful day everyone!

An 18yr old driving a Ferrari during FP3 in Saudi Arabia is wild.
Very unexpected but I’m now hoping that he has a decent race tomorrow. Would be cool to see him finish in the points.

Good morning spies and TGIF, I’m definitely ready for a weekend. High today is 45° which is only 4° degrees higher than the current temp. Also should have light rain throughout the morning.
I’m hoping to get in another driving range session tomorrow and then start getting some rounds in early next week. I haven’t had the “I have to get out on course” itch but I am pretty close to it.
Have a wonderful Friday spies!!

Good Morning fellow spies from NWA! We are finally getting the storms they have been calling for all week, so no practice for me today. The local girls and boys basketball teams are both in the state finals tonight, so I will watch that. Busy day of paperwork pushing. I could use some prayers for my daughter, she has had some sort of something going on with her tummy right below her bell button and we finally see a GI doctor tomorrow morning. If you believe in the power of prayer, I would appreciate one for her. She is 15 and has been hurting since the end of October and we have gotten zero answers so far. Happy Thursday spies!
Prayers that you get some answers about your daughter. Never fun to have a child struggling like that.

Good morning everyone and a Happy Thursday to all of you. Weather will be a repeat of yesterday here, shorts with a sweatshirt weather as I call it.
Went to see my chiropractor yesterday for an adjustment and walked out of there feeling like a new person. I had some discomfort in my left hip that literally disappeared with the adjustment. Love that feeling.
Have a great day spies!

I’m in the group of “it depends”. Long irons are definitely using a tee. 8 iron on down is more than likely going to be off the ground.

Good morning spies! Outside of work, the only plans on the day are to call the chiropractor. I’m definitely starting to think that I’m falling apart.
Upper 50s for the high today so not too bad there.
Parents meeting for the Girl’s HS Soccer team tonight. Mostly just getting the season in order for the parent volunteer aspects such as running concessions, admission to games, etc. Nothing too exciting other than knowing that the season starts in a few weeks.
Have a great day spies! ️

Me too...lol. It only takes a couple of weeks of mowing what seems like at least every other day in the Spring to kill any thought of actually caring about my lawn. Then, there is the matter of mulch, tree and shrub trimming....................... I'd starve as a Landscaper...
That sums it up perfectly for me as well. Takes me forever to get a landscaping project done at home, never enough motivation to just get after it.

I'm probably the odd guy on here... I hate lawn work... all of it. I love when my lawn turns brown in July and August so I don't have to mow every other day.
I’m with you there. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the look of a nice lawn but I’m not willing to put forth the time, effort, and money to keep it going. I tell myself every year that I want to change my ways but I’m pretty good at talking myself out of it when spring gets here.

Good morning spies and a happy Tuesday to you all. Staring the day at 33° on our way to a high of 57° which should make for a pleasant afternoon.
My right shoulder has been bugging me pretty bad for a few weeks and I finally caved and went to the doctor yesterday. It doesn’t hurt to swing a club but it definitely hurts when I’m reaching over my head to get something. I have full movement, just some pain when above my head. Anyways, doc is scheduling some physical therapy to get things worked out. Hopefully that and some stretching at home does the trick.
Time to head to work, have a great day spies!

Good morning spies on this back to the grind Monday. Had a pretty nice weekend here with temps in the upper 60s on Saturday and near 80 yesterday. This week we are back in the 50s with a chance for rain this afternoon.
Nothing too crazy in the immediate plans other than work, have a great day spies.

I played it at 44.5" with a second weight in the slot and it was obviously more forgiving and the longest I had played to that point. Sadly, mine was also stolen, but just the driver when I set it next to my bag on a crowded range and was hitting wedges. What an unbelievable find and deal! Looking forward to hearing if it still has that same magic for you!
I apologize for possibly sidetracking this conversation but, floors me that people would walk off with someone else’s clubs at a range or drop off. I’ll walk into the pro shop and leave my clubs outside without thinking twice about it. I absolutely hate thieves and experiencing what you have is definitely not on a list of things that I’d wish on anyone.

His dad just won Dakar for Audi and it sounds like Audi might want him for their takeover. It might come down to a bidding war.
I would say he's definitely going somewhere, I would love to see what he could do in the RB21.
I keep forgetting about the Audi takeover in 2026, that’s a strong possibility as well and could be a solid chance at being a number 1 driver.
I would also love to see what he could do if he got back into a Red Bull. He’s become a solid driver so it could be just a 1-2 punch at every race.

That would be funny - where do you think Sainz goes next year?
I have to think that he stays in a top team so Red Bull and Mercedes both make sense. Aston Martin could also show some interest if the other two don’t grab him.

Yeah, $50M salary, $250M contribution to his charity. That is a huge payday. Charles was aware of the deal before he signed his. His contract is supposed to be to '29 with a performance opt out and he is still the #1 driver. Even if he loses to Carlos this year.
Let’s be honest, although very unlikely, a Sainz championship would be ideal for 2024.

The only reason Lewis beat George last season was his DNF's. I think George will straight out drive him this year, then Charles will out drive him next and he will retire a rich bastard. He can still drive, but I think he's well past his prime. An 8th title is out of the question and he has nothing else left to prove. But $50M to drive a race car would be tough to walk away from.
Great points. I think I read $300 million next year with endorsements as well? Definitely couldn’t walk away from that.
