Down a pound one morning, up half a pound the next versus weighing yourself every Saturday and being down two to three pounds over the whole time. I dont know why.I'm with you. When I'm in a fitness mode, I have to weigh every day. If's the only way I stay focused, and it helps me decide what's working and what isn't. It also irritates my wife, who believes in the once per week weighing, which is an added bonus. I chart my M-W-F in excel and have a graph to notice the general trending. If I forget it drives me crazy vs weighing in too much. I am happy to report that I am beginning to be able to get into some of my skinny clothes, but I have a ways to go for full wardrobe use. Fat does not hold water and is not as lean as muscle. The way the scales measure is low low electricity and the easier it moves the higher protein and muscle the slower the fatter. Your body produces electrical currents and every muscle retraction of the heart and body in general creates some kind of electrical activity.
