Best clubs of all time?

To me I've never heard more legendary things about a set of clubs than the Ping eye 2. Revolutionary shape and offset.. forgiveness.. total package. My personal favorite set of clubs were the Cobra amp forged. From like 10 years ago? I'd buy them again if I found them!

My personal HOF set would include my present Scotty Cameron Newport 2.  

Driver and 3 wood would be the original Big Bertha.  The driver was the only one I could ever hit off the deck.  It's one of the few that left my bag I wish I could have back.

Irons?  Hmm.  Loved my old Callaway X-14s with the stock graphite shafts.  This was the last set of irons I owned that were not fitted and I still dropped by handicap into the low 5s.  They were also more durable than my present Mizuno 825s.

Mizuno MP29 were the best irons. Like buttah! My current Vokeys are the best wedges. Taylormade Sim2 was a pretty good driver for me. I'm still looking for the "best" 3 wood. Those things are evil.

This is a debate that could go on forever as really there is no such thing. Now what is your all time favorite iron is why I'm even going to respond. For me I have owned some of the best equipment out there but with so much technology now so much has changed especially prices of equipment. Now for me the very best set of irons I've ever owned are what I now have as it may not be the very best that is out there for me IDK. I do know that for looks, forgiveness, distance and feel no other set of irons out there is going to make me change my mind. Once you have a set that is perfect for you why go down that rabbit hole. 

Sometime because we have a bad round we think its time to start looking as we all love to experiment but Wow! that can get costly. I didn't say my irons are perfect but I feel that this is the best purchase I've ever made when it comes to a set of irons. Lov'in my PING i530 5-PW with Fujikura Axiom 75 shafts. Best combo that I've ever played.
