I just found the entire show of Bennett and Plummer on The Charlie Rose show. This is the show that the other clip I posted came from. I thought to not get bogged down in just the path/face angle issue that I'd post this in it's own thread. They discuss much more than just that issue.

I watched this a couple months ago, and they really go in depth. I was a little surprised to hear that they like Tim Clark. He does a lot of quirky things and SnT guys seem to really try to combat those first.
