Just want to echo what some of the others have said with a big THANK YOU to the MGS Mod staff as well as Cobra Golf and everyone who has followed along with this challenge. It has been a blast getting to interact with everyone while gaming these new sticks and seeing the improvement they’ve helped me make in my game. I hope that we can all continue to stay engaged after the challenge is complete and wraps up. It really has been a blast competing with my fellow challengers!

I just did the math on the round @OdinSnipes414 and I played together and let me tell you, my boy came through in the clutch. It was highlighted by a net albatross on the third hole where I was +3! That's a six shot swing on one hole. He really bailed me out on the back besting 6 of my scores.

Between our course handicaps of 26 (me) and 22 (Odin) we ended up netting a combined score of -10. 

I'll hope one of the mods verifies this, I had to do the math 3 times. I don't score handicaps often so I want to make sure it's right.

Alright, with calculating mine and @Ben Joest’s rounds with net scores each hole, we come in at a best ball 60. He had some net eagles and I got some net birdies where they were needed.  I did play a Par 70 so if that needs to be factored a certain way I want to make sure it is. I will let @GolfSpy BOS verify that I did this accurately.

Good job @chisag! I think your opinion on the wedges are close to mine on the putter, at least on the performance side of things. I couldn't tell you how many times I wanted to abandon it during the competition. I'm glad the rest of the group have found theirs performed well and are putting them in the bag.

... They system is flawed in favor of higher index players, especially in a net competition. Then add someone like JNoble and yourself  in the middle of improving that isn't yet reflected in your index and it makes it even more unfair. Many tournaments won't allow two high index players on the same team for this reason. Considering Tom and I both shot 4 under gross 68's, grinding our azzes off and our best ball score would have been a 63 ... which is only good enough for 3rd place   I think you can see the issue. 

... That said, don't hate the player because that's the game and them's the rules.

@Ben Joest is a much lower index than me, to be fair. That said, I totally understand where you’re coming from as a much better player than me. I definitely outplayed my current handicap today. As I’ve said, I want nothing more than it to be lower lol

... Thanks Shanks. I didn't put it in the review but I had my 81 yr old pard hit a shot with my 58* and he didn't see where it went and looked up and said "Did I shank that? It felt like it must have hit the hosel".

... And good for you both. While the competition was a ton of fun, it never was about winning or losing. Getting better is the win and you both deserve it!

It's like I tell new people at work when they notice some sour attitudes "we're all miserable to some degree here, so why make it worse. I believe in having fun and trying to make the day brighter for everyone". 

Golf is a game that can be frustrating, but that's what it is, a game. We are fortunate to be able to get outside on a beautiful day and take in the sights and sounds. 

As someone growing up with a handicap I know there are people out there who have it worse off than me. I'm thankful for every day that I can play golf and go to work.

Let's just say if you're in the market for new clubs, don't overlook Cobra because I believe it would be a mistake.
