This will be a fun one for whoever get chosen! 

What sorts of challenges were there for the past Cobra specials? I think driver only on a par 3 would produce some interesting results.

Obviously, I am quite new here so limited chance to be selected. Regardless, I will be following along to see what everyone thinks of this crop of Cobra clubs. I’ve enjoyed my set (as you can see in my profile photo) over the last 2 seasons.

Welcome to the forum. I found the search function very helpful when I first started. Put any one word thought in there and dozens of others around here are having the same one it seems.

Still so stoked this is back! Cobra is turning 50, I'm turning 33 in two weeks, let's celebrate together haha. Fresh golf membership to the course in my backyard, I'm ready to put in the work!

I would love to be involved in something like this. Best of luck to everyone!

Sign me up as I'm a Cobra guy right now.  I play the Cobra Max irons (7 thru GW) with the 3 thru 6 Max hybrids.  Driver is Cobra F9 Speedback and 3 wood is the King F8.  Would love to test and write about my success with the new Cobra equipment.

Can’t believe we’re getting another testing at this level. I’ve been looking at the king forged Tec irons for a little bit and would love to try them out or at least hear from someone who has played them. Cheers!

Take a look through the site I know @chisaghas some thoughts on them as well as the thread from the 2022 forged tecs giveaway. Of course there will be a ton on this thread soon! But there is information already on the site 

 

 

This seems like a great opportunity to test irons that all have the same length. I hope I can help with some detailed feedback.

It is so awesome Cobra is doing this again. They have been great to the forum and am ECSTATIC to get some summer fun going again! 2020 was so awesome for this event, some of the most fun golfing I have ever had.

I could have missed it but will Arccos need to be utilized to log everything like in years past?

 

I think it would be fun to compare the new King Tour iron to my current set of 2020 Forged Tec irons 4-GW.  Would be great to see how much things feel different or don't, if I notice much difference in the loft differences between the two, etc.  I also have Arccos data (2 years' worth roughly) with my current set, so it would be fun to do a comparison that way as well with full data sets, club v. club, etc.  Obviously very slim chances, but that chance makes you think of all the possibilities. 

Anyone else have a progression that goes from "woah that is a cool test, wouldn't that be cool to be a part of" to "well I am definitely going to get this one; better book my fitting now for the day after winners are due to be announced" in the span of like 2 hours after first reading about a test? 

Still very surprised by the low sign-ups (especially in comparison of the Paradym and Edel tests) - I'm guessing the required playing commitments might shy away some people.
