My "Blackout" Spider CB putter

Decided to do a little project on my own to change up my Spider S counterbalance putter! I really am not a fan of the Taylormade white color scheme so I wanted to try something to get rid of it. 

 

This was a super fun and easy project! All I did was spray paint the white part of the putter head black. Did a couple coats to ensure I got a nice flat black finish. I then took a paint brush and put a layer of lacquer to keep the paint from chipping. Last thing I did was buy some black "heat shrink" tube on Amazon to make the shaft black as well...

 

Turned out pretty cool if you ask me! The paint added about 8g of weight so I need to find some lighter taylormade weights to put in the ports of the putter. Other than that it was pretty fun and easy to do!

The Topline really pops out making it easier to line up.  Nice goling Frank.
