However it was a hair short and hit the top lip of the bunker and rolled down in. One of my playing partners did the same exact thing. They were still the best 2nd shot from my team. My son hit first and put it 2 feet from the cup for an easy birdie. I watched as the ball rolled near the cup. I aimed a bit inside his line and hit. Ball popped up on the green exactly where I aimed dropped and rolled in the cup.
