This was mentioned in the early season discussions but I wanted to put this out there as definitive since I finally got around to putting together the bracket. Top 16 in each division will play in the playoffs..top 4 in each receive a first round bye. We'll be following this manual (outside of Fantrax) bracket:

 

And to the money aspect, here's what the final payouts will look like:

Total Money Collected: $580
Less Fantrax Fee: $580

Fantrax waived fee for this season only. We kept the $10 entry because 1)we had already collected from a number of players 2)bigger payouts this year without the fee eating it up and 3)we'll have to pay next year anyway so may as well get used to it. 

• Miss Playoffs or get eliminated in the first round: $0 
  • As voted on by the league
• Make it to Round 2, Semifinals: Refund $10 entry fee
  • First round byes automatically qualify for this as a minimum
• Finish 4th in the Super Bowl: $100
• Finish 3rd in the Super Bowl: $150
• Finish 2nd in the Super Bowl: $200
• Win Super Bowl: $10 entry + MGS Golden Ticket + FF Champ Badge
  • Golden Ticket is a free selection into any of the Official MGS Tests for 2022
  • Champ can defer prize to 2nd place (or further) in lieu of $$ payout IF the recipient accepts the trade

Apparently I need to step up my game with waiver bids. Thought I bid plenty high to get 1 of the 3 Darrel Williams copies, but I was nowhere close.

After much consideration, I didn't end up bidding. If Edwards-Helaire was definitely out longer than 3 weeks, I would have.  That said, I would've been on the cusp as I was considering $30-$35. The multiple $50 bids blew my mind.

With RB being so thin with injuries i get it. Teams need whatever they can get at the moment to even roster playable backs.

For what it's worth I'm looking at moving Dillon/Collins/Toney/Knox/Lockett if anyone wants to throw in some offers. I can also deal Monty, but don't know if anyone wants a back who will be out till week 11. 

Preferably looking for a RB not on a week 7 bye (Henderson/Mixon/Gibson) in any case let me know! Will also shuffle WR depending on who is being offered.

Ok my fantasy gurus. Question IN A NON MGS league!

ive got Julio Jones or Jarvis Landry as options to play. Julio is questionable and Landry’s first game back with no running game this week with hunt and Chubb, also no mayfield.

if Julio doesn’t play I have another option in tee Higgins.

Julio is against KC this week and Landry be the Broncos

I would go with the wait on Julio. You don’t know what the Browns are gonna look like and honestly Tee would be my choice over Landrys first game back anyways. First game back off IR is tough to know what to expect. Landry could be on a snap count or even reaggravate the injury.

That’s what I was leaning towards and the upside with KC defense is worth the wait I think

Julio has only had more than 3 receptions in one game this season and he is banged up. I'd look at Higgins and Landry first. With Landry in his first game back and no Baker, I'd probably go Higgins.

I do tend to agree that the safe play is probably Tee, the comment about Julio only having more than 3 catches once this year could also be looked at like he has had at least 3 catches in every game he has played. In PPR that should relate to a 7-10 point floor with potential for more.  Also at some point teams are gonna have to sell out to stop Henry and make Tannehill beat them.

I hear you, but when you consider that Tee has had more than 3 receptions in 3 of 4 games he has played, it may also suggest more upside.

onky reason I tossed landry in is because he’s literally the only weapon for them this week so he’s going to get his passes

Both Julio and Higgins have played 4 games this season. Higgins has outperformed Julio in 4 games due to a couple of TDs. The chance of a shootout in KC does add additional upside. Its hard though with Tennessee's heavy focus on running the ball.

Julio: 15 receptions, 263 yards, 0 TDs

Higgins: 18 receptions, 194 yards, 2 TDs

The Baltimore Pass defense is another factor, it completely shut down the high-flying Chargers last week. I can see the edge to Julio based on that if he is healthy.
