Bernhard wins the Chubb Classic and also gets Champions Tour win #45 which ties the once thought insurmountable 45 wins of Hale Irwin on this tour 👏.  As a youngster, I never liked Langer but slowly grew to admire the guys amazing level of consistent play. Later in life when I started following the Champions Tour as much or more than the main tours, Bernhard grew on me.  It was his gracious demeanor towards myself and other volunteers at the Boeing Classic that finally flipped my switch to full fledge fan.   Today he hit at least 4 drivers off the deck to offset the distance loss to the like of Padraig, Alker, Stricker, etc.  The guy just morphs his game and finds a way to win... love it 👍.

"The Machine" indeed.  My money is on him getting #46 before he's finished; he and his game still looking really solid.

He might.  Today's win set several other records including tour wins at age 65.
