I ordered my two dozen white Maxfli Tour S's on Monday and they arrived at the end of the earth in Key West on Wednesday.   I put one in play today and I have to say that I'm impressed with the ball.  I ended up shooting the best round (81) that I've had in a long time.

I needed a new Golf Pride grip for my Edison gap wedge, so I got up a little early this morning, ordered the grip and decided (before even trying them on the course) to buy another two dozen since I needed to be over $50 for free shipping.  This time I got yellow!  Given how the Maxfli Tour S performed, it will be an excellent investment!

... Sounds awesome BUT living in the Keys I hope your are responsible with your tee shots!

@chisag, luckily we don't have whales down here, but there are dolphins (and not the Miami football kind).  Given the lack of space and practice facilities, I wouldn't be surprised if a ball or two lands in the ocean.  So, marine like, look out for those Titleists!

... I played at a course in Orlando and the practice range was a huge lake with floating yardages. They would shut down every now and then and the full lake net was wrenched up with some pully's and the balls rolled forward into a collection area. Nice benefit is the balls were pristine and gotta say it was kinda cool to see your shots splash in the lake.

And the additional “benefit” of practicing with waterlogged golf balls after the lake was dredged.

...  Doug that was the beauty. The lake had a HUGE net that the balls settled in and they were retrieved every few hours. So just a nice rinsing.

My 6 dz came overnight.

I ordered my 4 dozen Tour X CG balls Monday night and picked them up at my “local” GolfGalaxy store (next town over from where I live) on Tuesday afternoon. The Tour X is still my favorite among the three Maxfli Tour ball models (and the Tour S is my least favorite), but the 2023 version of the standard Tour model has improved over earlier versions, IMO. I can certainly play the Tour model, and will probably do so once the weather gets cooler after my winter golf tour begins next month.

I was fortunate enough to get two dozen of white Tour S balls with the original code and the deal was so good that I had to get another two dozen Tour S balls with the second code.

I had never played the Maxfli Tour ball before this offer.  I must say, I'm very impressed!  I have three rounds under my belt (with the same ball) and I've played well all three rounds (as exemplified by the three rounds with the same ball).  They have a real winner here!

Was able to score four boxes with the promo (thx MGS!): one dozen Tour for myself and three Tour S as Christmas gifts for my son. Played 18 with the Tour this week at a links-style course where high and soft approaches are required to hold the greens. With the wind that day and dry conditions holding said greens was almost impossible. Best play was to come up short, chip or putt. The only difference I noticed between the Maxfli and my usual ProV1 (2021) was a decrease in spin around the greens. Solid all through the bag with distance, control and feel there, so much so had I not known what I was playing I would have thought it was a Titleist. Will definitely look to score more if Black Friday deals are available.

... I hear players say this from time to time and I certainly don't doubt your personal experience, but the 35yd wedge test produced 5673 with the ProV1 and 5600 with the Maxfli Tour. 73 rpms of spin is virtually identical and I have never noticed any difference between the two around the green for my game. One of the reasons I like paying $25-30 less per dozen for the same performance from tee to green.

One could chalk it up to turf conditions at that particular course where the fairways are unusually soft compared to others I frequent in the area. I tend to play low bounce wedges but have to swap out for higher bounce when playing there. I’ll play the Tour again at a more typical track soon.

I used the yellow MaxFli Tour balls yesterday in my round and I have to say that I wish I would have bought another two boxes. From what I experienced they performed as well as the whites, weren't as distracting as I thought, and were ask easy to see and find on a call day. It was nice to actually be able to see my ball before I got close to them.
