You ain't kidding, waiting to see what's coming is always one of those things that have me buzzing with anticipation. The good thing is, today is Friday and I try to do my best to not wish the weekend away. 

It's still going to be tough and I'll be looking forward to getting the photo of the boxes being delivered to my porch.

... You are much too young to start any sentence "back when I ..."  I would add I have received nothing but will be playing golf today and my scorecard won't care what is in my bag or for that matter, what bag... that hasn't arrived yet.

Update:

I have two packages set to arrive on now Tuesday. One is 44x6x5 and the other is 52x6x6 and the total weight is 15.6 lbs. Driver, fairways, and hybrids maybe? Irons?

I'm only mentioning it because this is probably the only part of the competition where I'll beat @Tom the Golf Nut and @chisag. I have a feeling they're going to be tough competition.

44” and 52” definitely sounds like driver/woods but 15 lbs definitely makes me think irons are in there!!! Been checking my FedEx all day but no updates for new packages

I keep hoping all of you will get updates, I want everyone to at least have some clubs in hand. 

I meant to tell you, that bag looks so good sitting there on the bank of your cart. I love that color!

Thanks man! I love the look too and it’s less bulky than the Org 14, fits better on the cart (we have an abnormal setup with the extra seats), and early returns on pulling and returning clubs are much smoother. Absolutely loving it so far.

Why did you make me go look! now I am disappointed again. No packages! 

Have faith in your game. You will have all new tools fit to you. Look at it this way, Sam and I don't have a lot of room left to move on our handicaps our existing equipment was fit to us, and we have to get used to new equipment. I'm worried the other way. I think the rest of you are going to put a lot of pressure on the two of us.

I think me putting pressure on a single digit and plus handicap is about as likely as me getting my PGA Tour card

I believe the new equipment will be a boon for those of us who are higher handicaps. I would honestly be tempted to take them straight to the course just based on how well I hit the clubs during my fitting, if the guys at work want to arrange a game like they have been on Thursdays. Now, I would much rather get them out on the range to begin with and have a day or two of getting the feel for them before putting them in play, especially the putter and irons. The driver and fairways are similar to each other and similar to the fairway woods I have now.

For a second I thought you got your clubs in and I somehow missed it. I refreshed the page a few times just to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind.

 You'll do fine. If anyone has done the math on handicaps and there are two teams of three it should be pretty even. The odd ball challenges that we don't know about yet (Bryan) will be interesting.

Hurry Cobra. It's getting bad here. They are picking on Mr. Bag, they are telling jokes, " Hey look it's an empty nester, and he can't even come out and play." "Can't get up without any clubs. Never up never in!" The laughing and calling him names are more than I can take. 

Please send back up. Something like Cobra clubs. They can bite back and spit some venom.
