It’s in country, 30 min from my house at the FedEx sort facility. Yippee, with unboxing to follow. And now something a little different. From my artist wife’s gnome collection. Good morning on a community call Thursday! Up way earlier than normal but couldn't sleep. Coffee is being made and working on some things for the RE business that the wife and I are ramping up on some big changes. Fairly busy day and hoping to get a round in this afternoon if the weather holds. Had some good rain all evening and over night. Hope everyone has a great day!

A lot of catching up to do, but I think most of it will just have to wait. Another busy day planned, but is this the coolest table you have seen?

AWESOME DAY! So much to say and will be able to open up everything that is coming in about a week. Very exciting times for the golf indurstry and can't wait to see the HIO main headquarters and fitting studio tomorrow.

ah man... wife had a sore breast and had to get a biopsy/mammogram and the doc said it doesn't look good. we await the results of the biopsy in 1-2 days. doing everything I can to remain optimistic and positive.

Off to Munich. Full fitting today or tomorrow top to bottom. Managed to pack a pencil bag with shoes, 14 clubs, a few golf balls, tees and gloves for some golf. Worked surprisingly well. Nice to be on the train vs flying. So much more relaxing and none of that security nonsense and waiting endlessly. Will be sure to take plenty of photos and plan to get some videos for @GolfSpy AFG

Out to the Uniontown CC to play 18 today using the Bridgestone mindset RX balls, got a tee time @ 1110, it's a beautiful day Sunny, no rain forecasted and no frost on the pumpkin,. It's already 63* and climbing to a mid 80's day. A longtime friend and former golfer partner moved back to the area and we are getting back to our usual golfing, drinking, eating and great conversation. Have a great day! Good morning everyone! Kind of a rainy, dreary day today. There are showers throughout the day, so it's a good day to be inside and get some work done. The good news is, this weekend looks really nice and my wife already gave me the green light to golf this weekend! She even wants to get out and play on Sunday, which gives me something to look forward to. But for now, we have to make it through the last two days of work. We can do it! I hope you all have a thunderous Thursday!

Good morning everyone. Life has been stupid busy lately which means little time to practice or play. And the weather lately has nixed the little free time I do have. Only have a couple more weeks until school is out and freedom is upon me. Can’t wait. Good morning MGSpies on a Community Call Thursday in the suddenly springtime masquerading as summer here in WNY the work computer is sorting itself onto the network while coffee is not yet ready but with most of the office away for the rest of the week there is no doubt going to be plenty to do before the end of the workday at 3pm when it will be time to regear into golf life with session 1 of the PGA HOPE program at Niagara Frontier CC at 6pm so that means (incidental music for the scene ) another drive time for the MGS Forum call on the way. Yesterday got out for 9 holes after work for what was truly the first summer round of the year in Buffalo and there was so much Smoke, the testing Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Max D made its debut in outdoor conditions and you can read about it just by using the link below in my signature and go to the last page if you go to it the same day this is posted. Good morning all! Had a lovely little concert for our kids music class yesterday. As per usual it was about an hour to watch the kids perform for 1 minute or so, but there were plenty of other interesting performances from other students. One of them was a kid who was teaching piano but performed some amazing pieces and found out he plays at a local restaurant a couple times a week which is very cool. Weather held out most of the day but another cloudy day ahead. Also more work as always to keep me busy. Somehow we always manage to find more to do. Have a great Thursday everyone!

Good morning spies A very wet and grey start this morning. Thunderstorms overnight, that are still lingering, but hoping it clears so I can get out this afternoon. Good morning Spies on this first day of May 2024. Yesterday was a roller coaster type of day for me, as it was officially my last day at work. Wanted to make sure that all I needed or wanted to do to ensure that there was a pathway to success for those left in charge was present, but also realizing that it would be the last day to see everyone I interacted or worked with on a regular, daily basis. Biggest challenge for me now will be getting my body clock more aligned with not waking up at 4:00AM with no alarm, and on a later schedule. They had a luncheon for me on Monday, and that was a great gesture, as it showed that they cared and I mattered, as that is not a usual thing they do. Had some artwork given to me, a caricature picture by the company, and then a Corvette photo from 4 friends who do more work with their hands than use a computer. Weather here is supposed to be gorgeous for the next couple days, so I may find range time later today, and try to get a round in before we get more rain on Friday. Weekend for me looking like another charitable day for the Leader Dogs on Saturday, and possibly a round in on Sunday again. Hope that your day is the best it can be, and that something fun and enjoyable is in your plans.

Good morning to all. Needing a few extra shots of espresso this morning. Received notice from FedEx that my L.A.B. putter delivery is delayed till Monday. Then phoned customer service only to find out, no delay, I will be getting it today. Does left hand know what the right hand is doing. Sorry, rant over, coffee kicking in. This pails and is insignificant compared to what @StrokerAce, @Erin B And @Dead Solid Bogey are dealing with, with respect to health care concerns in their respective families. Feels good to finally be 21 Told my fiancé that the best present she could get me would be 4 hours on the course, so that is the only plan for the day. Sad to see year 33 go, it has always been my favorite number, but the big 34 has me feeling like Walter Payton, The Man of the Year! I hope you all have a great day today and a great community call! I might sneak in from the course today if I can get this brain to remember it

Good Throwback Thursday Spies!!! Got a round in yesterday!!! I scrambled but scored really well. It was a good day! Windy and chilly but a good day! Los poopies are zonked out and haven’t even wagged a tail. The spousal unit will be home this evening. She’s trying to get her required business travel done before surgery. It will be nice to have her home. Ok, now for the throwback: My son and I before he got married, and Squeakers being the spousal unit’s blanket. I have a tee time this evening but it may be too cold to play today. Hope you all have a great day!!!

Good morning all and happy community call Thursday! PING demo/fitting was a bit of a bummer yesterday as the shaft options for me were very limited. They didn’t have many shafts at long lengths, and about the closest the fitter could get was +0.5” (currently playing +1) and a bit too flat, but still enjoyed it. I hit the i230, i530 and Blueprint S. My ball striking was pretty subpar yesterday, but on good swings the i530s were fantastic. i230 I hit a couple decent ones but not close to 530, and the Blueprint he didn’t have a shaft to fit the head that could go past 1° upright so that was doomed to failure. Also hit the G430 Max 10k and I’ve never hit a driver so anti-slice in my life. Hit some good balls with it, but then hit three on Trackman with my TSi3 right after and all three dots on the iPad were touching each other, so it was safe to say it didn’t beat it lol. The TSi’s next competitor, the Darkspeed X I won on IG, is scheduled to be delivered Monday the 6th! Looking forward to that and to see if it can beat the TSi out. Good morning Spies, Uppa with a cuppa. No golf today which is my Thursday norm. I have a dentist appointment to remove a fractured tooth and place a post for an implant. I did get 9 in yesterday. It was a good round. No lost balls! Which is always a plus at Radisson Greens, especially on number 3. It’s a narrow par 5 with a large pond along the right, my normal miss BTW, and trees along the left. The green is fronted by the pond. An update from FedEx shows that Nemo, my orange DF3 putter for the L.A.B. Golf Forum Review, is now arriving on “May the 4th Be With You Day”. Good morning all, well it's back to reality vacation is over. Aruba was fantastic we are definitely going back next year. I didn't take my clubs with me, there are only 3 courses there and 2 are 9 hole. Aruba is a place that is known for their beaches and restaurants on the beach. We took a sunset cruise on a catamaran was really nice. The people there are fantastic, if you get a chance to go do it.

Thursday.. The combination audio/visual golf therapy and gabfest offered by the community call is on the game plan for many. Another great weather day for golf to had here in my part of Texas. I am still + 24 hours from a verdict on getting to play again. Going to hopefully make the day move along a little faster by doing some indentured husband stuff and will start going through and stripping down the company truck in preparation of going our separate ways in the near future. Just feels odd to be up with nothing “ hard “ on the agenda for the day… As we all know, I have pretty much bought into that Whatever is on your agenda this Thursday my friends, make it your day.

Good morning spies! Woke up to a thunderstorm passing by this morning and it looks like that’s pretty much going to be the weather pattern off and on all day. Ironically, I’m glad that I did the responsible thing and skipped golf yesterday to get the mowing done at home. Yesterday afternoon was beautiful but that mowing would be quite the chore by Saturday afternoon when my next mowing window would be open. No plans other than work for me today. Actually here for some HQ stuff. They re-released all their golf balls and I am here for some product testing and to kinda get some stuff done for a brand profile piece that will be done by the main site. I will have a full recap of the visit later on this week. Great day talking about various things, discussing the different things they have done and today go to HIO fitting and hopefully get 9 holes in before having to head back home!

Good morning everyone! It's forecast to be a nice day here and I might have to take a trip to the range later on. I spent some time in the yard yesterday evening working on the feeling of staying connected while chipping and would like to hit some balls to see the results. My wife and I got out to run some errands yesterday and she picked up a couple of early birthday presents for herself. Good Friday Morning fellow spies!! Prayers up for @StrokerAce @Erin B and @Dead Solid Bogey For me, my middle daughter has a follow up with the doctor about her tummy. Still no answer as to what is going on. We will see what his thoughts are today. Tomorrow my oldest daughter has a prospect camp for volleyball at a college she is considering. She’s still deciding on where but has stated if she’s playing volleyball she will be fine at school away from us. Which is a huge statement for her being such a homebody. Last night my youngest daughter had a softball game. She had two basketball practices prior to the game, both for school, then rushed over to the softball game. First girl hit a in the park homer and next batter hit a triple off her. Then she settled down and got three strike outs only allowing the one run. Game ended in a tie but I’ll take that compared to how I thought it might go. Rainy today. Supposed to rain all weekend. Have to replace the rotor sensor in our washing machine tonight if the part comes in. No rest for the weary. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning spies! Is it really Friday? May will be a whirlwind, and this week alone events could fill a whole month! No golf this weekend, but hoping I can convince the lady boss to make a pit stop on our road trip to Mobile today in at least one golf store. Like alot of other colleges, it's graduation weekend. My youngest is graduating and we are excited for him! He gets married in 2 weeks after this as well, and then moves to Tennessee to start his new adventures in life! Hope everyone has something golf related happening this weekend, so those of us who aren't can live vicariously through you!

Good morning! It was a very nice (bit warm) day yesterday. I was able to mow the lawn and get the rest of Mom’s affairs in order. I did make it to the range at noon during lunch to hit a few. Leaving Saturday for Dallas for a conference and will be playing Sunday morning at zero-dark-thirty at the Dallas Cowboys Golf Course. It’s a scramble for a company event so no real pressure. Looking forward to the time away and being busy. I appreciate everyone’s thoughts and comments on my recent loss. Thank you all. I did get out and play 9 Monday night in the league. About the time I start looking for a new driver, I start bombing them like 290. It’s like my driver knows I am thinking about replacing it in the bag. Today is National Day of Prayer and National Life Insurance Day…. not sure what they are trying to convey there but draw your own conclusions. Good morning Spies! Headed to the office in-person for the first time since starting this job early last year. Will be fun to see coworkers outside of a computer screen for once. Happy hour after work as well at a nearby watering hole. Unfortunately this means I'll miss the community call this afternoon. I also had a sim session booked this evening with a buddy of mine, which I'll miss as well. This whole commuting-into-the-office life is tough work! On the plus side, there's another great test announced this morning for the Takomo Long Game Clubs! I've heard great things about their UDI, so I'm looking forward to following that thread. It did rain yesterday morning but then turned into a beautiful day only for more rain to come in today. And then supposed to rain the next few days, so mowing yesterday had to be done. Youngest daughter has a softball game scheduled for this evening, but it looks like it will be rained out. Oldest daughter and my wife have tickets to see Need to Breathe tonight so they are both super excited. My oldest loves her some Bear Rhinehart. For me, just another day at the office. Good morning fellow spies from a sunny Wisconsin Wednesday! Unfortunately, the sun is supposed to give way to clouds and some brisk wind later today, but temps should remain in the 60s. I have a PING fitting today at my local club, so while the weather is not perfect, it isn't rain! I am going to get fit for irons and wedges, and then am hoping they will just let me try some different heads out so that I can report back here. Looking to hit the i230s, i530s, Blueprint S and S159 wedges. After hitting some P770s the other weekend at PGATSS, I have been bitten by the players iron bug. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with my Aerojet irons, they perform very well for me and I definitely still benefit from the added forgiveness. However, I am planning to move more towards the players category with my next set down the line, so figure it can't hurt to start experimenting now . I really, really liked the smaller head profile of the P770, and think maybe mentally it could help me become a more consistent ball striker with just less room overall to miss. Should be a fun hour this afternoon!

Good morning MGSpies from an early dawn of cloudy skies that proves the season is changing here in WNY. Yesterday was vehicle repair maintenance but only half done as one job turned into two, just glad not to spend it on the current labor rate. Having been in similar situations of the not knowing and angst that comes with waiting for results, I feel for you guys. While it only goes so far, know that you've got a network of people here to lean on for support if you so choose to or want to utilize it.

Good Wednesday morning Spies! Starting the morning with a little liquid sunshine here in the Palmetto State. Not much to it and should be gone soon and have no effect on an early afternoon round. Ladies have a few things on the docket this morning, so the light showers make it a little easier to keep the peace... Will have to run by Dick's and get a dozen of the Maxfli Tour to try in my quest for the 2024 golf ball. Believe this will be the last of the contestants and I'm expecting good things based on all the positive reviews here. So far, the OnCore Elixir remains the reining champ. @rkj427 Congrats again on your official 1st day of retirement... Thoughts are still with @Dead Solid Bogey's safe return to the realm of fun escape from the "Hamstringing Highness." May your return be swift with an early Saturday celebratory tee time! After doing one, I ended up having more people ask for a soccer player for their kids. One had to be lefty. I need more TruVis balls.

Good Morning Spies! Supposed to be another beautiful day today. Sure is hard to focus on work when it is so nice out and all you can think about is chasing that little ball around in God's country... @CSiders12 that is great! My middle daughter participated in the "games" a few weeks back and it was a highlight for her. She won her division in the 100m and 200m. Then got to go to prom with her older sister. How many 16 year old girls do you know that would ask their 15 year old sister to go to prom with them? @sirchunksalot that sucks about the repairs, hopefully you can get something done with the station that had the bad gas. @GolfSpy_APH that is a cool table. I love stuff like that. I've seen coat hangers out of iron heads. If I were a bachelor, I would have this stuff all over my house. But the wife isn't as much of a fan as me. I do have a silhouette golfer key holder by the back door. And old golf bags from high school and college hanging in the garage. But that is about it. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning spies! I spent all of yesterday afternoon and evening at a middle school track meet that lasted 6 hours. To say the least, I am exhausted this morning. However, I am really excited about today. We are having a unified track and field competition for our special education students this afternoon. It's supposed to be sunny and gorgeous and I can't wait to see the smiles on my student's faces! These are the activities that make me love teaching and working with kids. Can't wait! I hope you all have a terrific Tuesday as well!

Good morning everyone on a rainy morning in SE TN! It's going to be a little bit of a longer day at work as I have a class to attend this evening. I think I'd rather be going home on time. I found out yesterday I'm responsible for the car repairs, the lease center does not cover them. I haven't asked how much they are with the dealership yet and am not looking forward to that conversation. @GolfSpy_APH thanks for sharing the photo of the Vice table, that's a pretty cool display. Thank you! Yes…I am the proud owner of a Mevo now. Might be able to get out to the range next Sunday to see how it does, depending on SWMBO plans. The kids also got me a new shirt… It was a great day!
