Last year. I apparently went out to dinner somewhere in Iraq. $165 tab. Don’t remember a thing, and as far as I know, I have never left North America. Must have been some really good drugs…

Well @tommc23 we finally are under contract on a house that I am confident will meet my expectations during the inspection
…
So to celebrate I went to hit some pitch shots in the yard. The first one went Alaning it’s way into the salt marsh. So I guess that means we are getting the house.

Yeah. There is some sort of insurance on it. I actually wouldn’t care if if all ended up strewn across Interstate 80 so I can get a full claim. Most of it is kids toys. Only on thing I really care about in there.

The forum is what we have all made it into over the years.
Mayhe somehow getting more interaction on the testing threads, because I will be honest, I never even looked at the Nippon Shafts Thread that I can recall.
MGS has been very gracious to me over the years, which I cannot begin to express how grateful I am. So, as far as complaining goes on that end, I can’t because I have nothing to complain about… besides thing I already mentioned. If you are not active, you should be disqualified from the Titleist events, or anything like that in the future.

I personally would prefer less social media interaction.
I found MGS after a long layoff from golf, looking for information on the RBZ Tour irons. I didn’t even know there was a forum for months, and when I did find it I didn’t immediately join.
The Glide 2.0 test is what got me to sign up. I was looking for new wedges.
The way I see it, if people stick around in a low period, thank you. If you leave because there are not as many testing ops… well, then that is on you.
the thing that irks me the most, is the fly by night people that come sign up for the giveaways and then win the things without ever interacting with the group… and it should be frowned upon at all levels.

Movers finally got our stuff loaded up. I was helping because they needed it. Heat index was 106.
They scratched the living daylights out of the floor.
Smashed the heck out of my hand in a door jam. Left index finger is pretty swollen, hope it calms down by Wednesday.
Ripped off some trim.
they kept leaving the door open so it was like 90 in the house, one of them fell out and hit the deck hard. Hope he is ok.
Not doing this
again. Last move.

Had that happen too, once. We had car trouble and we’re delayed a day. They came on the right day, but I had called immediately to move it to a few days later which was agreed upon. They never showed back up. We were without our stuff for 7 weeks until they got off their butts and delivered it. And a bunch of it was missing.

Same. I drink water or some sort of sports drink on the course, and usually only one. I don’t need to bring a 30 rack of Keystone Light out there.

About three PCS’s ago the mover f’d up…at Ft Leavenworth (KS) the packer had us all boxed up and ready, but the actual trailer and loaders never showed until the contractor finally admitted they had dropped the ball and there was no driver scheduled. We had a closing appointment on a home purchase we had to make in 2 days in Maryland. Contractor ended up having to pay for our airline ticket and hotels to accommodate for all the hoops we had to jump through.
Hope this one goes well for you. I always freak out that they’re not going to be done on time, but that Kansas one is the only time my fears proved justified.
They showed up at 1300. But, as I expected they will be coming back tomorrow. I have time, but a guy at the unit next door to ours had his move canceled and no one even told him. Just didn’t want to drive a UHaul truck 3000 miles…

Seem to be ok so far. Taking their time to label everything correctly. Apparently they can’t find drivers to deliver in Oregon… so that will be fun. I will be “not around” when they show up, so I’ll have to bring my whole slew of stuff with me.
3 moves ago we had them show up unannounced at 7am. A week early. I about lost my mind.
