Just wanted to stop in and say Hi. I'm a 42 year old father of 2 that has been addidcted to gold for 22 years now. I play 2 times a week at least during the season. Right now with a new born and it being winter I've only played twice in January. Goals for this season is to lower the handicap to a 10 or lower. Started last season at an 11.1 but got up to a 16 at one point after some bad swing changes. Towards the end of the season I got it down to a 14. So definitely trending in the right direction again. I am currently working with a local instructor that's seems like a good fit. Looking forward to BSing with everyone.

Don't give up on the swing changes. Sometimes you have to take two steps back to get four ahead. What exactly did you work on?

The pro I was working with had me flattening my swing and it just wasn't working. I tried for 3 or 4 months and the ore time I put in the worse scores I shot. I honestly got to a point where I had no idea where the ball was going off the tee. So I am now working with a different pro and my game has been coming back together. Honestly I think the other pro meant well just don't think we were a fit to work together.

Welcome aboard. I stayed and played golf with my cousin who lived in Scranton. I had no idea how beautiful northern Pennsylvania is and what fantastic courses there. Awesome place.
