ole gray
My journey to lose weight has been a positive influence on my family. Not only am I dropping those extra pounds , my wife and dog are now up for the challenge. My wife went on a south beach diet and is doing awesome with it. My dog is on a diet however she did not choose to do so. Her chubby butt was put on one due to vet orders and her back will thank her this year. For those who don't know my dog has some spine nerve compression issues going on and losing weight is her ticket to better health. For those who are not showing immediate loss, please hang in there. This is a lifestyle change not a quick weight loss gig. Don't get frustrated and keep your eyes focused on the prize, which is better overall health. We are going to do this! Don't give up!!
