JAGolfore
Got this bow flex M3 this weekend (I know should have for the M3 driver too but got the M4). Man is the 14 minuets of interval training hard. It's kicking my rearend. But it's no impact on my joints and gives a decent upper body workout without extra strain on my shoulder. We will see if there are any decent results in about a month. IMG_7289.JPG I have an M2 that I have been using for a little over a month. I am down about 10 lbs and it is the only exercise I do. I use it about 5 days a week. I typically do the smart max workout 3 days a week and then follow up with the calorie burn or steady state for 30 minutes. On the off days I do the calorie burn and then steady state. I am just using the default resistance. Joyzee10
Righto fella's I will jump in here also! I'm 5'11 and currently sitting around 235. Lowest i have been in the past 5 years is around 205lbs. I was 245 after the birth of my first child. I stacked the pounds on boy oh boy... So the missus and I decided to go at it and drop em. So Jan 1 2013 we went for it - I wanted to lose 30 by my 30th birthday. I lost 40 lbs in 4 months - around 30 in the first 2 1/2. The key to my success was a set eating plan and spin classes. Problem was i kinda got obsessed with it and wasn't eating enough. Then, when you put it back on, it doesn't come off as easy when you try again! Anyways, I am looking to get down to 210 by August 1st. I will join you fellas and hopefully we can all hit some goals and be just that little bit healthier (and happier) Joyzee JAGolfore, MDGolfHacker, Rickp and 1 other 4 Quote What's In The Bag?
