It's been nothing short of amazing. If you only use this year's OWGR points I think he cracks the top 10. I know he's top 10 in the Sagarin.

I have no doubts he will be in the top 5 next season.

I honestly thought the desire to maintain the #1 position would have propelled DJ into at least one more win and more top 3 finishes. It will be interesting to see how long Rosie holds onto this.

Rosie is so consistent that it will take someone getting very, very, hot to overtake him. Rosie always finds a way to grind a top 20 or top 5 even when he doesn't have his best stuff. I see Rosie holding on for at least 9 months.

Koepka has the easiest road to do it. A couple of wins and he's there. Not sure if he has the drive though.

Agreed, if he only has the drive to win majors, well, he can't win them all. He needs to figure out how to stay focused in a normal tour event. I just don't think he is committed enough. He reminds me of DJ in his younger years, crazy athletic talent but no real drive and will to practice.

Fair comparison but I do believe BK wakes up for the majors. To me he's almost the reverse DJ.

Dj won a lot even before becoming the guy he is today (#1 in the world type). BK only has one win on the PGA tour outside of his 3 majors. And look at his record in all majors since coming on tour. His worst weeks in Majors are still top 20s.

DJ on the other hand... His only win in a major is the one where he didn't know his own score the majority of the final round. haha

Took about a year, but now have officially flipped my bag for the first time. Year before, I began inundating myself in golf knowledge and equipment. Learned how the swing path and club face work together, how to shape shots and have made great progress. Now I know exactly what I'm doing, and most often know why. So far I've seen my handicap drop significantly, (15-17 down to 5-8). Technically at this point, I'm a 5 handicap, but that was one score out of 5 (5, 18 hole rounds. I've played quite a bit of 9 hole rounds) and I believe I'm closer to an 8 realistically. But maybe I'll be lower and near a 5 this year with thMP-18e clubs in my bag fully updated and have more experience with each club.
Updated my driver and 3W shaft as well after getting them last year and I think that will be a game changer and lower my scores by hitting more fairways. Drastically improved my iron game with getting fitted and buying Mizuno MP-18 mixed set. Can shape my shots and get very consistent distances, so I'm pretty excited for this year. Wedge game improved quite a bit too and now have rounded out the SM6 set completely. Also really excited as I've been rolling the new Taylormade TP Black Copper Juno nicely in the basement, and getting very consistent rolls and forgiveness. Never have really been excited about a putter, but the black copper is sexy, and it performs.
Looking to get on simulators a few times this winter, heated driving range a few times, a big golf show to attend, Taylormade demo fitting, and plently of swinging and putting in the garage and basement. Looking forward to early spring and am optimistic for my best golf yet.

Trying to not get overly excited for Jan golf trip and hoping that mother nature doesn't deposit her first snowstorm on us in New England around my departure date.
