I had bought into the monthly membership about a week before they "self-closed". They had made an agreement that anyone with a membership of any sort could continue to golf at-will and that they would maintain the course in the duration. The only downside.. but not really is that it's walking only. My fat arse could use the steps. They are also giving me an extra month when they open back up. I've gone probably 5 times in the past 2 weeks. Usually I'm one of the few people on the whole course and it's being meticulously cared for. Just look at that green carpet! the more I practice, the luckier I seem to get.. That is an awesome story! Live it up! silver & black and tony@CIC 2 Quote Epic Flash Sub Zero 9degree. cnosil
Received news today that my companies golf league will play and will start in 2 weeks. Half the number of teams we normally have (16 teams with 12 people per team) agreed to play and there is a waiting list of people who want to fill out teams if there are spots available. tony@CIC, bens197, Rickp and 1 other 4 Quote Driver: G400 Max 9* w/ KBS Tour Driven Fairway: TS3 15* w/Project X Hzardous Smoke Hybrids: 915H 21* w/KBS Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype 915H 24* w/KBS Tour Graphite Hybrid Prototype Irons: TR20V 6-11 w/Vizard TR20-85 Graphite Wedge: 54/12D, 60/8M w/:Accra iWedge 90 Graphite Putter: Sacks Parente MC 3 Stripe Backup Putters: Milled Collection RSX 2, mFGP2, Futura 5W, TM-180 Member: MGS Hitsquad since 2017 Link to comment
sirchunksalot
I called earlier to set to a tee time trying to get something around noon. I like to play and still get home a little before dinner. The earliest they had was 2:50 and I jumped all over that. I'm glad to hear some of my northern brethren are going to be able to play soon. You all have fun out there and stay safe. tony@CIC, bens197, cnosil and 1 other 4 Quote Link to comment

Things are starting to loosen up around the country with the obvious restrictions that have been repeated. Restarting Leagues is a big deal and I’m sure it will go well! Restarting Leagues is a big deal and I’m sure it will go well! No changes to what what we are allowed to do or not do locally. We got an email form the commissioner at the end of last week asking if teams were willing to play. Probably good that we only have 16 teams instead of our normal 32 since a couple of the city owned courses we play are closed.
