I, personally, have always used 'auto' on the putting & haven't had any issue; others haven't been as fortunate. If you encounter an issue with any yardage, ShotScope Customer Service is among the most-responsive for any organization....let-alone the golf industry. You boarded at a good time - field Beta testing (courtesy of MGS members) has concluded for the most-part & ShotScope has made some interesting introductions to the software. This winter downtime afforded me time to play with MyStrategy & I look-forward to test the results my next round. If using the Auto mode, remember to choose the number of times you USED the putter, not just the number of putts taken from on the green. Even if used from off the green, the system will sort out "putts" from "chips" when the putter was used. I have been trialing the Arccos sensors, two rounds in and the data looks great! Concerns are the battery life on the phone. In all that time, the "Last Shot" screen may have appeared once or twice. I don't recall if that occurred when I played with the watch unlocked (which I do in warmer weather while in short sleeves) or locked.
