They were talking about what a big deal Tiger's win was with a 5 stroke margin. Meanwhile Yani had a 6 stroke margin in her victory last week. She won the Kraft Nabisco in 2010, so 7/4 seems pretty damn reasonable :).

She's also earned $792k so far. Second place is Ai Miyazato at $369k

ohI think 7/4 was fine she is a huge favorite mathematically but doing 3 weeks in a row would be an accomplishment. I just didn't expect the next person to be 12/1 more so on the beating. Figured maybe 9/1 was more like it maybe 8/1. I think that was more the WOW factor is that the gap was so large.

She is in striking distance after day one so they seem to have gotten to close however.

I did not get to watch any of this, or any other golf this week because I was playing golf most of the time. But I did see where Kim missed the putt on 18. That is sickening when that happens. I did it a hole yesterday (12 inch side hill tap in, totally missed the hole and rolled below the hole leaving a 5 foot bogey putt.) early and at the end of the day when we compared score cards, it was the difference.

I was looking through the list of leaders Tony posted and noticing the oriental names when Natalie pops up out of no where. It is kind of neat to take a name and follow it through its position on the end of the day leaderboard.
