taylorjonasher
80/20 butcher block beef (ground sirloin, chuck, and ribeye). Add in some minced onion, S&P, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika,1 egg per # of beef, finely chopped parsley, and a couple splashes of Worcestershire sauce mixed through per patty. Cook on low heat until you reach 130 (or whenever you feel like it), then crank it up and sear it shut for a minute on each side to get to a beautiful medium/mid-well. Top with pepperjack, mayo, white onion, pickles, Boettje's stone ground mustard, tomato, and butter lettuce on a buttered and toasted potato bun. No sides needed, but it usually requires 3-4 beers from start to finish. **Chef's kiss** ZJeb67, GolfSpy_SHARK, TJ Hall and 1 other 4 Quote Titleist TSR3 // Tensei 1K Black 65g Titleist TSR3 3W 15* // HZRDOUS Black 70g Titleist U505 2i // HZRDOUS Black 85g Taylormade P770 4-PW // Nippon NS Pro Modus 3 105g Callaway JAWS MD5 50* Callaway JAWS Raw 54* / 58* Taylormade Spider GTX Single Bend Splitback / Ping Zing 2 Titleist ProV1 // Srixon Z-Star XV (Depending on how much money I want to lose any given swing)

Preeway
I have so many different ways to enjoy a burger. Always medium, never more. Just a little pink. I can go old school with colby jack cheddar and bacon. Swiss bacon and guacamole. Some Korean BBQ beef and kim chee. Hawaiian mode with pineapple. And yes, @GolfSpy_APH, an egg over easy is always so good on a burger. Use the fries to mop up the runny yoke. Dang, now I really want a burger. GolfSpy_SHARK
So I don’t usually get a burger when out to eat, always something else that I’m not going to make at home that I want. So my go to st home burger is seasoning 85/15 beef (gotta be sirloin) with salt, pepper garlic powder, paprika and last but not least Worcestershire sauce. on the grill cooked to medium only flipping once with American cheese. Last minute toss the bun on the top rack to toast. condiments are Mayo, ketchup, lettuce, red onion, tomato and a home made . you’re welcome. ZJeb67
So I was thinking about my love of burgers in the style of Dr Suess. I would eat them with a bun I would eat them in the sun.... then I decided to see how ChatGPT would spin a burger poem in the style of Dr Suess. In a land far away, where the burgers are grand, Lies a place quite fantastic, where flavors expand. With buns like fluffy clouds, and patties so bold, Let me tell you a tale, if the story unfolds. In the town of Whopperville, where the streets twist and twirl, There's a diner named Flippity's, home to the burger whirl. It's run by a chef, with a grin ear to ear, Whose creations bring joy, spreading far and near. Now, Flippity's burgers are quite a sight to behold, Stacked high with toppings, a marvel untold. There's the Cheesequake Deluxe, with gooey delight, And the Pickle Patty Plunge, a tangy bite just right. But the star of the show, the king of the plate, Is the Big Beefy Boogle, a true heavyweight. With lettuce and tomato, and onions galore, And a sauce so secret, you'll come back for more. The buns are like pillows, soft and so sweet, Holding together this masterpiece treat. With each juicy bite, you'll let out a cheer, For the magic of Flippity's, oh how it's clear! So if ever you find yourself in Whopperville's land, Make sure to stop by, it's quite simply grand. For in Flippity's diner, you'll find joy unbound, In every burger, a story profound. poprocksncoke and Rob Person 2 Quote Driver/3H Mavrik 22 5H/SW: Edge 5-PW: MT-86 OS 56/60: Kirkland Signature Putter: White Hot Pro

JonMUSC08
The real debate: Do you prefer a thick burger or smashed burgers. AND the bun can make such a big difference! I do not like dense bread buns. Personally, im a big fan of the smashed burgers; all the way lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, mustard, ketchup. Parshooter36
My answer is simply yes. I love burgers and eat them more than I probably should. I'm not even sure I have a favorite, I will dress them differently at home. Sometimes ketchup and mustard, sometimes bbq sauce, sometime mayo with either of those, usually pickles and onions if we have them, NEVER TOMATOES, but always american cheese if it's an option. At a restaurant, I will often order the royal burger (the one with a fried egg on top) if they have it on the menu. Middler
My ultimate burger has lettuce (not shredded), tomato slice, pickles, mayo, ketchup, American or cheddar cheese, bacon and a fried egg (runny yolk) on a brioche or pretzel bun. No mustard, no raw onion. Prefer medium. I've had my ultimate in several upscale restaurants. I didn't expect to like an egg on a burger but once I tried it, I was sold! If you've tried it and didn't care for it fine, if you haven't tried you're not qualified to comment (but will anyway). But I have had upscale burgers with all sorts of toppings, there are many I like - e.g. avocado or guac, gruyere cheese, caramelized onions, blue cheese. No mustard, no raw onion, no mushrooms, no chili...YMMV Edited April 16 by Middler Rob Person 1 Quote Titleist TSR2 11° HZRDUS Red CB 50 6.0 w Lamkin UTx Midsize Titleist TSR2 16.5º HZRDUS Red 60 CB 6.0 & TSR2 21º HZRDUS Black 4G 70 6.0 w Lamkin UTx Midsize Mizuno JPX923 HMP 4-GW, T22 54.12WS, T22 58.04DC w Lamkin ST+2 Hybrid Midsize Evnroll EV5.3 Maxfli Tour & ProV1 Ping Pioneer - MGI Zip Navigator AT Payntr X 002 LE, Ecco Biom C4, Payntr X 001 F (Mesh)

Rob Person
What's the weirdest burger you ever tried? Mine would be the shrimp burger. Was about 9 years ago, traveling through Virginia and stopped for lunch at a local diner next to a gas station. grilled shrimp on top of a patty (probably a premade frozen one) smothered in tartar and cocktail sauce, with a split dill pickle on a sesame seed bun. I am a person who will try anything at least once. This was one of those times. The flavor profile was actually pretty decent, the texture was not!!! Stuka44
Best Burger....Almost... They left off the hash! Burgers 2 Beer: Bun... Two pieces of "Texas Toast", cooked as French Toast. Fried Egg & Bacon Topping: Syrup on the side you can Dip or Pour On. They had a similar burger before covid, it had an egg, and corned beef hash on it. But the bun was a regular hamburger bun.( I didn't get any credit but when I had the burger originally with the hash, and regular bun...I told the server that the only thing that could make this burger better, is if the bun was two pieces of Texas Toast...French toast.) I HAVEN'T SEEN A DIME FOR MY SUGGESTION. I make these including the corned beef hash(the canned stuff), on my Blackstone at home. AWESOME!
