I’m currently in the market for one. All signs are pointing to the FlightScope Mevo+ Limited Edition at the moment. I’m really looking forward to what some of the spies have to say about their experience with the Mevo and other devices.

Yes I have the Garmin G10, I have been using it for the last couple of years and find it great , it does miss the odd shot but overall very good for the price.

No I don’t.

Played golf for over 50 years until my health and business calendar reduced my time to less then 5 rounds a year. Then 4 years ago I retired, changed my diet and lifestyle, lost 100 pounds and got back on the course. Its been a struggle but things are getting better.

I have the Garmin R10, I love that it makes a driving range session much more focused, and slowing down the pace, focusing on what actually happened, I don't know exactly how accurate it is, and no doubt there are more accurate once, but matching feel to some of the numbers is already helpfull, even if it isn't 100% accurate!

I don't have one, as much as I would like to have one. I think I would be happy with a Bushnell one. I would like to just track my iron/wedge carry numbers and smash factor making sure I am been efficient in my swing.

I don't have one yet. Was looking to getting the Garman r10 for myself during Christmas, but my wife found a diamond ring she wanted. Maybe this Christmas will be the year.

Got a R10. Would love a GC Quad or a Trackman but lack of funds puts a stop to it 😂😂

I don’t currently own a launch monitor but I am planning on putting one in over the next couple of months. I was initially looking at the Mevo+ Limited Edition but lately the more I look at my build and the time I would take it outdoors, the more I think I want an overhead. Right now the ProTee VX is high on the list. It’ about double the Mevo+ in cost, but cheaper than other overhead models as well as no ball/club stickers to worry about,  Overhead helps with the space needed too. My wife says “go for it” so I have started researching into the purchase. I’ll post an update once I pull the trigger.

I’ve had an R10 for years. It is fun but I realized how inaccurate it is once I opened my indoor golf business and bought Trackman.

They have become a lot more affordable and a lot more capable in a pretty short time.

Devices like the Garmin R10, Rapsodo units and others are all well priced and perform great. Do you own one of these? Or have you stepped up into the Uneekor, FullSwing, Bushnell, Foresight or even Trackman space?

What is it you like about yours? What do you wish they had? How do you use yours as part of your normal routine or game?

If you don't have one what would you want to buy or put on your wishlist?

Great Topic and question @GolfSpy_APH

I current do not own a launch monitor.

My wish list would be the Rapsodo MLM2PRO, it would help dial in my yardages and provide vital feedback for improving my game

Got the Garmin R10 due Covid lockdown.  Made a make shift simulator in my basement in Vermont for the long winters. Worked well.  Now living in Williamsburg, VA I don’t find myself using it a ton. But that’s mostly because of having to drag a 7 and a 4 year old with my to the course most of the time so I can golf.

Loved getting the feedback (not that it helped me improve). Had a few lessons with a Pro that utilized track man and WOW! wish I could afford that!

SkyTrak plus

I got it because our practice nets at the golf club don’t have any space to set up a launch monitor behind, and we don’t have a driving range. wanted something to gauge how my swing was going because I noticed the nets can be deceptive, potentially leaving you in a position where you don’t know if you have a slight pull or push.

I’m pretty happy with it so far, although I’d love a GC Quad due to the face impact information. Alternatively, would be good if Skytrak released face impact info as part of a future software upgrade.

Don't have one but love the idea of one - getting feedback on numbers and quality of what you're doing at the range would be a massive help and also push me more towards buying a backyard net and setup so you don't need to go as far to get good quality practice in. Agree they're getting more affordable but if you want one that does a lot, it's still a big investment.

I am currently in the market for a launch monitor.  I am finally able to practice and play consistently after 8 years of travel baseball taking up my summers.

I have the garmin r10. I like how simple it is and the price was unbelievable. That being said I wouldn't mind to have a optical unit like a bushnell, gcquad, or a skytrak plus. The space requirements fit my available space better. I am pushing the limits right now with the r10. Not to mention I can't afford any of the optical monitors that are out there.

Building a hitting station in my backyard this year. Just got a Sportico net for my birthday. Next up is the Fiberbuilt mat then have to decide on a launch monitor. Somewhat budget conscious so most likely going to be Garmin or Rapsodo. Most likely Garmin to pair with my watch

I started with a Garmin R10 and it was a pleasant enough experience, but I wanted to upgrade to something a bit more professional.  The next monitor was the Full Swing Kit.  This unit seemed to be quite accurate at the range, but it was still early days so the net performance was still getting dialed in.  I kind of felt like a beta tester; which wasn’t great at that price point.  My net and mat were in the back yard (due to space requirements for the radar) so everything needed to be set up and taken down on each use.  Ultimately I sold the Full Swing Kit and switched to a photometric unit with the Bushnell Launch Pro.  I had avoided this due to the subscription costs, but ended up going this route because the unit received such high marks and is reliable enough to use the metrics to work on my swing.  The data and performance is rock solid.

I ended up getting a screen for for my Spornia XL8 net and can now hit in the garage with the smaller footprint.

-Bushnell Launch Pro - GsPro and FSX Play Software

-Spornia XL8 with their projection screen

-Viewsonic PX748 4k projector

-MSI Raider gaming laptop
