What are these putters!?!?

My buddy recently inherited his grandpas putters and is wanting to restore and find which shaft and grip it needs.  He mainly wants to restore the pebble beach one.
 

Hoping you guys can help get me all the info possible on these amazing vintage putter heads. 
golf design usa is who must have produced them  

gold head says: 66th pga championship Shoal Creek.

Hard to really tell what shafts they use. This eBay listing shows a shaft that screws together and looks like it can be used for both heads. But, I’m also seeing them with hickory and steel shafts.
