Playing from a poorly maintained Tee deck

Tee-box markers that are misaligned to the fairway are the bane of my golfing existence. No matter what I do, it screws with my head and my swing. I try and line up to where I want to hit, but from the corner of my eye, I see that marker. Without fail I mis-hit it. Usually a pull. 

Not going to lie, on some atrocious ones, i just re-align them.

@Rollie4I used to have that problem and I started using a club to align me so that I focused on the right direction
