Pinterest Anyone?

Not sure who here uses Pinterest if anyone, but I think it would be a good time for people to start using it simply for the purpose of helping drive traffic to MGS.

 

Basically it's an image sharing site of all your favorites around the net. The good thing is any image you 'pin' links directly to the source, so if you pin an image from a MGS review clicking it goes straight to that page. Now everyone can see a main feed and if they like your images they can follow, like and "repin" your images spreading the word and giving them another internet hit. Might be a good idea just to add yet another viral social aspect to help MyGolf Spy.

My wife/sister/some others use Pinterest, and funny you mention it, I was thinking this morning how I always forget what sites I got inspiration for different things - mostly DIY ideas, but putters, landscape architecture, and other such interests. This could be a good answer to that problem. Thanks Dan!

It's a general public interest website which can help around here. But as Nidine will tell ya, you need a recipe just hit up Pinterest.

I'm behind the times. I started a fb page a couple of years ago, got tired of the constant emails every time someone posted anything, turned all the notifications off and then forgot about it. The few times in the last year and a half I thought to check it, I had to create a new password because I couldn't remember it. I started a Twitter account for some forum that required it to get an answer about something. Can't even remember what now. Never posted a single tweet. Oh well.

Pintrest is a neat idea. I probably would forget about it pretty quick too though. I liked your page there! Maybe I'll check it out some more.

Easy thing about Pinterest is you can add a browser button that will find all images on the page. Then you just click pin it and yer done.
