Mr_Theoo
Weight watchers worked well for me ten years ago - I should have stuck with it. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy It's worked great for my wife, this is our third time doing it. She started back in feb and has lost almost 50lbs using it so far. I think it's a great program that does help you learn how to live and not be in a constant diet which is something I needed. I learned how to cut now I need to learn how to eat smart and live a little. revkev, MattF, Rickp and 1 other 4 Quote Driver: Epic 10.5 set to 9.5 w/ Tour AD-DI 44.5 FW: F6 baffler set at 16º Hybrid: NONEIrons: 3i 2014 TP CB 4-PW 2011 TP MC w/ TT S400 Wedges: 52º 56º 60 º w/ KBS C-Taper XS Soft-stepped Putter: Sigma G Tyne 34 inches Gold dot

And it seems to me that this is what our thread is about, the journey to fitness and then staying there. I'm still trying to get those last 5lbs off before moving to maintenance mode. But I have been very moderate along the way - I will eat things I like just less of them less frequently. The only thing I've stopped eating are cheezits. I know I'm done with them. tommc23
Weighed in this morning at 281.8. Since I got my scale in January that keeps track of everything it says I hit 28 pounds lost. I started this trek at 315 when this thread started and when I got the scale I was 309, so I'm down nearly 35 pounds. My goal is still 250 so I'm getting there and after I will adjust my goal. I'm getting there and I feel a lot better my only issue is I think I my blood pressure medications need to be adjusted. Nmrfgomes
I started the Fasting diet a week ago, Still haven`t weighted myself but i started feeling better with the same clothes, more at ease in them. And it´s quite simple. I stop eating at 22h and skip every meal until 14h. I still drink a lot of water and tea and coffee, everything sugarless. Don`t know how much i lost but i do feel less infatuated and after the first days i don`t even thin about eating until lunch time with the boss. Every time i think i`m hungry i drink water, pure or with lemon or tea. Give it a shot for a week and tell me what you think.

Sent from my SM-G950U using MyGolfSpy mobile app I'm gaining distance for sure. Work on swinging something fast four time a week. If you don't have and aid just grab an alignment stick and swing it twenty or thirty times as fast as you can twenty or thirty times four times a week (in balance). The distance will come. bardle
Jumping on this bandwagon, I'm young and 6'3 but I'm at at the heaviest I have ever weighed at 228. Time to get back down. We are expecting in November and I have just been eating everything. I started my usual diet and exercise plan today. Basically eat smaller portions, run every day if possible. Looking forward to some accountability since the pregnant wife is probably not going to be much help at this point. First goal is 215. Im really glad I stumbled onto this thread. palvord
So I'm super late to posting an update since I first piped up and said I would get back to be healthy. I have always battled consistency in my journey to not be a complete fat ass. I either go all in crazy work outs, rigid diets, strict measurement goals etc. or am all about the fried food, cake, and laziness. I was inspired by a video at work today where one of our leaders talked about his guidelines for wellness and it was a nice wake up call that all of this is in my control and is actually supposed to take time. So today, for the first time in 4-5 months I walked 10k steps and ate relatively well. I'm calling that a win and am now looking to form a winning streak.
