Big money
Great job everyone. I lost 4 lbs in a week and I'm at 206. My goal now isn't going to be weight observation. But watching pant size loss. I'm at a size 38, and would love too get back size 34. Instead of these massive diet plans.Im going too focus on eliminating carbonated drinks/ chips and candy. Continue living my life as normal and let it just happen. This online diet I tried just seems a tad too extreme and dangerous. I'm not a bird Rickp and MattF 2 Quote Keep it in the short stuff

revkev
Okay - The way my fitness plan works they set the first weight loss goal. It was right around 18 lbs. I hit it in 10 weeks. From there we set our own goals, I hit the first of those, another 12 lbs, in 8 weeks and just hit the second one (my third) which was 7 more lbs in 11 weeks. After consulting with my trainer I've set my last goal - 168. I'm about 4 lbs away. My hope is by Labor Day weekend. From there it's learn big how to maintain it. I'll cross that bridge when I'm confident that I'm there. @Foz - what's your water intake like? I've plateaued a few times and water or a change up in exercise routine has been the solution. kingcscott
I just looked back at my post from last year here. I recently bought into a program and just started today. Workout plus diet changes. Seems like a proper plan, I wouldn't have bought into it otherwise. Vshred. Check it out..... Oh yeah.
