JAYER38
Really enjoyed the race yesterday honestly! I'm a Max fan but loved seeing Lando finally get what has been coming his way. Was just his weekend as it all went his way. Mclaren sure had good race pace but also think the RB was not in a good spot for whatever reason. Either way some great racing thru the field but struggling to understand DannyRic and his weekend Quote DRIVER G425 MAX w/ Mitsubishi Tensei Orange RAW 65 S 12* *DRIVER TESTING Paradym Ai SMOKE MAX D w/ Mitsubishi Tensei Blue 65 S 10.5* WOOD STEALTH 2 Plus 3w w/ Mitsubishi Kali Red 75 S 15* HYBRID G425 2h w/ Mitsubishi Tensei Orange RAW 75 S 17* HYBRID G410 4h w/ Mitsubishi Tensei Orange 75 S 22* IRONS 919 Forged 4i-PW w/ Dynamic Gold 105 S300 WEDGES Glide Forged Pro w/ ZZ115 W 50*/58* PUTTER FRONTLINE 8.0 w/ 35" Slant neck 3*

Wheelieb
Not going to lie, I love watching F1 more than NASCAR. I just don't understand a lot of the rules for penalties and what not during the race. I started watching it in 2020 when it was NASCAR and F1 as the only things going for sports. I just don't understand some of the penalties. Like even if someone crosses the line and they were in second, they could actually be third because of a penalty. Is the race based on time or just finishing the laps before everyone else like NASCAR? LeakyValve
@Wheelieb yeah in terms of timed penalties. Teams can usually pick when they wanna serve them. So if the guy in second is 2 seconds infront of 3rd. But 2nd place has a 5 second time penalty they haven't served in the pits (by waiting 5 seconds before the pit crew can service the car) that 5 seconds gets tacked on to their total time. downlowkey
Miami is becoming one of my favorite tracks. It’s rare to see so many cars running two wide through a three turn stretch w/o more carnage. On that note, Magnussen continues to drive like an angry teenager. Rotten shame the way he took out Sargeant in his “home” race. Stoked to see Lando finally hoist hardware on the top step of the podium. Did anybody else see how high he tossed that giant trophy?!! IMO he and Sainz are making a decent case for rounding out the Top 3 driver spots behind Max. Coincidence that they spend their free time driving golf balls or something more to it? So the races are actually timed? I feel I have a lot to learn. Although I do think I figured out the DRS(?) when they can use it. I think it’s when they are within a half a second of the person they are trying to overtake. Of course that’s what I’ve taken from watching for 4ish years Quote Callaway Paradym AI Smoke Max 9* with Tensei AV Blue 55 PXG 5 and 7 woods with Mitsubishi Diamana Shafts Mizuno Pro 225 5-GW with Dynamic Gold S300 shafts Taylormade Hi-Toe 54 and 58 degree wedges Ping Prime Tyne
LeakyValve
@Wheelieb technically yes they're timed. DRS is enabled after everyone completes the second lap. It's given to the chasingcar if they are within 1second of the car ahead when they pass a DRS detection zone. Quote "We're weekend golfers.
