How do I get my donor tag?

Hi all

I hope this is the right place to ask. I donated more than a month ago and tried to reach out to what I believed was a moderator to get a tag on my profile. Nothing happened. It would be great to have an easy place to find out or even include a link to the moderator list (I could not find a list) in the receipt to help get the tag. 
Please help me get my tag. I have the transaction number. Thank you. Sorry for my language - I have another language as my mother tongue. 

Most of my clubs are Wilson staff. I have an recent Odyssey putter and a single left hand 5 iron for situations where my stance is blocked by a tree or similar obstacle. Also a 64° wedge for bunkers and tight lies.
