Hi guys and gals.

 

Been following MGS for a while now. And thought it was about time I got involved in the forum. is there an app by any chance for use on phones?

 

Anyway, back to me. I'm 29. Played a season as a junior when I was 13 and got back into it 3 years ago.. suffice to say I was dreadful then..and sometimes still as bad. Got myself down to 14 handicap. Best round of 75 on my par 71 course..second best of 80...so consistency is certainly my issue on the course.

 

I play my golf in the South west of Scotland on a more than blundery links course named Powfoot.

 

I try to play 3 times a week, working shifts help with this and my aim is to get down to 11/12 this year.

 

Won my first ever medal and the first medal of the season 2 weeks ago so things are going in the right direction after a pairs victory last season.

 

I try to play a few opens a season at new courses too.

 

Outside golf I enjoy a few beers, watching football( or not so much this year being an arsenal fan) and spending time with family and friends.

 

Think I've rambled on long enough!

Welcome aboard and yes there is a MGS app out there. As an Android user I found it, but if you use the other stuff  :rolleyes: - I'm not 100% sure.
