It's been a loooong time since I left but I can't imagine that Flag has gotten any cheaper.  I do, however, have very fond memories of 85° being a hot day there and no mosquitoes!  The spiders and scorpions, on the other hand . . .

Yesterday I went for a 6 month check up. I had estimated I had lost like 15 lbs or so. Man was I wrong I lost 32!!! My Doc had wanted me to try to lose 20 but I exceeded his expectations and mine. I had noticed my energy levels were back up to pre accident levels. Man I am stoked. I will be back later we are going to the Moose since it is Taco Tuesday, and it is also National Taco Day
