This is correct starting with 913 from what I find. That’s when they changed the fairway and hybrid adapters.

Putter: :cameron-small: 2024 Phantom 5.5 @ 34”

910 fairway seems to be unique.  This was something I found from 2016 so it doesn’t convert the newer models.  

 

  • All of the driver models (910, 913, 915 & 917) are interchangeable. The 913, 915 & 917 Fairways are interchangeable. The 913, 915 & 816 hybrids are interchangeable. Unfortunately, the 910 FWs and Hybrids are standalone.

I did this little hack as a test when struggling with Driver about a year ago with my Ping G425 MAX. I took a spare shaft and had it cut down to 43"... Probably the best I've ever hit the ball with that Driver other than shorter distance. It honestly how I came up with my 44.5" driver length becoming my normal.

I've really been thinking of removing my 3w for a 42"-43" Driver as I mainly only use the 3W off the tee. But the very rare occasion I need my 3w off the fairway that's going to complicate things and I'm not confident enough recently with my Super Hybrid/Hybrid to have a club to fill the gap

Yeah I checked Titleist website and was told that the 910 driver and hybrid was just a sure fit adapter and starting at 913 the hybrids and fairways changed to a shorter adapter

The hybrid hosels and tips are larger than the Driver, 3w.
