Is the chip in this shaft near the adapter tip simply a cosmetic issue in the paint? Or do you think there is cause for concern and that the shaft could crack here?

I picked up an old M2 3HL with a GD AD-DI 7x that I am hitting really well and am tempted to grab this 6X for my driver. But am a bit worried considering this is right by the bottom of the shaft.
