been away for a minute guys. here’s what’s in the bag now. 

 

handicap has been as low as a 7 this year, but i’m trending back up towards an 8 currently. 

 

here are the sticks, let me know what you think!

 

 

driver: ping G410 LST 9* set at 7.5*

shaft: ventus black 7TX tipped .5”

 

 

4W: sim2 max 3HL 16.5*
shaft: ventus blue tr 8TX tipped .5”

 

 

7W: sim2 max 21*
shaft: ventus black 10X tipped 1”

 

 

irons: 2019 titleist T100 4-PW 1* flat

shafts: dynamic gold X7

 

 

wedges: cleveland RTX zipcore raw 52/mid 56/mid 60/full

shafts: dynamic gold tour issue S400

 

 

putter: sik DW 32”

shaft: BGT stability tour

Great set up and as expected those are some hefty shafts 10 tx in the 7 wood sounds like a piece or rebar to me

that’s my favorite club in the whole bag. 

great tee club for short par 4s and i love it off the deck for long par 5s

How high does that fly for you, my guess is it lands like it is hitting a pillow on the green

it’s the one club in my bag that i can reliably hit high or low. 

 

but yeah, when i send it up in the air it lands like a pitching wedge. 

 

here’s a par 5 approach from last week. pin was 270. 250 to the front.

Welcome back, awsome getup. How are the zipcores? In the market for wedges this winter and most likely wont steer away from SM but ya never know

i love ‘em. 

my instructor is a cleveland rep so i got a really good deal on them. they set up nicely behind the ball and my short game is as good as it’s ever been so something is working.

  I know you'll be at the way back tees so I'll only need 2 a side and i'll play from the sr tees.

Nice! I really like how that Sik DW sits. I couldn’t find many plumbers neck options out there for the wide anser styles when I was looking so I settled with a slant. I’m jealous. What grip is on that?

thanks. it’s a leather grip from Best Grips. 

the putter is the only club in the bag likely to change actually. i think i’m doing a custom PLD this winter. 

shoot me a DM if you’re interested in this one, i don’t like keeping clubs laying around.

Go figure. I think it’s out of my budget, but I appreciate the heads up. 
 

I’ve never tried a leather grip, they are intriguing though.
