Adams Pro Dhy ID help

I’m trying to identify what year I have of an Adams Pro Dhy-  there is NO screw on weight.  It’s a 21* with a white Matrix Ozik Program 95 hybrid shaft

Looks like 2014 but a less common version. That Pro Logo is a 2014 thing. Typicaly with the red screw, velocity slot and adilla shaft, this was kinda like the pro DHY mini but used the Matrix shafts offered on the 2014 xtd irons. Its also possible that these were offered as an add on to the XTD pro combo set instead of irons. But that era of Adams had a bunch of stuff in 2014-2015 that never saw wide release. I have one similar.  The plate was rattling and had cracked where one of the screws holds it down.  That’s the whole reason I’m looking for and trying to decide on a new hybrid/driving iron to fill last spot in my bag

I have the same problem. Its been replaced but was such a good hybrid when the shield held up.
