Dinner last night was grilled pork tenderloin marinated in a Bullet Bourbon sauce and a raw broccoli salad with cranberries, bacon and fried shallots. They both were delish, but both Mrs H and I both had 3 huge helpings of the salad it was so good!!

Dang that looks good!  I spent 12 days in England/Scotland. I do miss hand pies and yorkshire pudding!

So easy to make!  You should make it!  They call them pop overs here in the states.  Sadly this may be the last Sunday roast until next fall.  It’s the perfect football/soccer Sunday meal.  But the weather is changing to burgers/steaks/sausage in the northeast finally!

Tonight was fajitas! Had 8oz grilled ribeye leftover I sliced up, cooked some chicken, sauteed peppers, onions, lime juice, taco season,  onion powder . Voila!

Getting a little prep work in for some smoking tomorrow. I'm doing pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and a log of bologna. I've never smoked bologna, but I was having a conversation with a guy at work where he was talking about wanting to try it and I thought I'd pick one up and make it as a surprise for him.

There ya go!  We always make enough for a couple meals. Pulled pork enchiladas are great with the leftovers. A pablano green sauce.

Nice gesture…. Smoked, fried, and grilled bologna usually turned out to be some good eats….

That sounds good! I might have to give that one a try, it sounds like a great way to change the pulled pork up instead of having sandwiches. I did do BBQ potatoes once and those turned out good.

I'll do those and then we do tacos with a jalapeño ranch and fresh salsa. We have some half corn/flour tortillas at our store that are amazing with the combo.

They are HEB brand. Apparently people sell them on Amazon for 4/5 times the price.

They are good with seafood. We have done blackened snapper and drum tacos with them.

I did a little bit of smoking today, I made pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, and smoked a bologna for some friends at work. 

It all turned out amazingly well, although I just picked up the bologna from Walmart.

I added some buttered up Ritz crackers to the macaroni when we heated it up for supper. I'm now regretting my choice to eat seconds, I'm almost too full.
