kardboard.kid
My grandmother had wild growing mint plants next to her house. She would boil water in her stock pot, then add 10-12 black tea bags and bunch of mint let cool. Take out the tea bags, but leave the mint. She always believed it was the best for the digestive tract. She was 4'11" and about 90lbs. Big money
My weight hasn't dropped as much as I wanted. But oddly I'm losing the gut and the stomach is firming up.Next goal is working on obliques, and the spot where the fat really hides. Which is our lower backs. IMHO , that spot when you get older is a tough area too tackle. I look like i have a deflated tire back there:(. The secret is squat machines and diet. And I stress machines not actual squat racks which can cause irreversible injury damage 6ft2 and stuck at 204 lbs MattF and Rickp 2 Quote Keep it in the short stuff

Big money
Hey money. The cardio crusade your on is overrated. Anaerobic exercise makes you burn fat even when your sleeping. Your looking for a cut look not a weight loss look. And don't forget fasting. The body can go without food for 48 hrs and will survive eating your fat cells. You won't even be hungry when you get used too fasting Quote Keep it in the short stuff
Big money
I hear ya Ed. But as a side note, I've lost over 60 plus pounds in the past. And I remember it really hurt my golf game. My swing never felt the same until I put most of the weight back. For golf, I actually play better on the semi chubby side. I tried to start lifting 2 weeks ago but my shoulder still was not ready. It's driving me nuts. My son (4) said man dad your arms are soft last weekend. All I could do was laugh. I have a new goal of 170 by Nov 18. I'm back up to 178 and I'm going to be traveling for work a ton so it will be a challenge.
