If so, could have the loft weakened a touch to bring that gap down. This was going to be my exact reply. If it's 20 yards now, a degree weaker on the 7 iron should bring it closer to 15 which would be more appropriate. Might require altering the other T200's to match the gaps, but might also help prevent having to drop $200+ on a club or more. GolfSpy_BEN
Checking in on this thread with an update, of sorts. The T200 4 utility has worked its way back into the bag over the past month. It is remarkably easy to hit and has been consistent. The T150 irons are money and I can't see them going anywhere any time soon. That leaves us with the T200 5-7 irons. From a performance standpoint that are great irons. However, from a feel perspective, there is a substantial drop off from the 150's to 200's. So much so, that I am considering going with T150 5-7 to replace them. Nothing emminent and I will likely change my mind a dozen times between now and Christmas, but definitely thinking about it. You have improved your handicap quite a bit since putting the new irons in the bag, could it be that your ball striking has improved enough that moving to the T150's makes sense? I have a similar setup with the Srixons with the 4-6 in one series and 7-PW in the next but the feel has been good. When I tested the T200's and T150's I did notice that the T200's felt larger and the difference seemed more noticeable than what I ended up with. ole gray and BNewton51 2 Quote Titleist GT3 11* Tensei 1k blue Titleist TSR2 4w 16* Titleist TSR2 5w 18.75* MKII ZX 5's (4-6) w/ KBS Tour V MKII ZX 7's (7-PW) w/ KBS Tour V Vokey SM9 Wedges 50* 54* 58* DF2.1 Putter

Popular Post GolfSpy_BEN
It is time for an update on the Titleist irons: Surprise, surprise. They are still in the bag. A real shocker , I know However, lately my miss with these irons had developed into an overdraw bordering on full blown hook. So in weighing my options, I went to see my guy Todd at one of the local golf shops I frequent. I took the irons and a set of recoil 110 F4 shafts with me, in the event it was determined that the KBS Tour shafts I was fit into were the culprit. We discussed doing a re-shafting but ultimately decided to have me hit a couple on the lie board, because Todd had a suspicion that the 2 degrees upright that I was fit into, was no longer serving its intended purpose for my swing. Those swings in conjunction with the Trackman data confirmed it, so he put the lie angles back to standard on my 4-PW and bent my GW, SW, & LW 1.5 degrees flat. We agreed to have me play some rounds and range sessions with irons this way, and then decide on the re-shafting. In the long run for the benefit of my joints, I will be going to the recoil shafts, but that is a post for another day. TL;DR: These irons are still awesome and you all should consider a Titleist fitting and set of the T Series irons. While I hit the T200 well, the “feel” of the club is still a bit muted for my taste. So the current plan is to try and lay hands on a T150 7 head and make the switch when I swap out the KBS shafts for the recoils Shrek74, ole gray, Josh Parker and 2 others 5 Quote WITB: D: GT-2 10° w/ GD Tour AD-UB 6s 3W: GT-3 15 Tensei Black 75 X 3h: G430 18° Tour 2.0/Stiff 7W: 21° Rogue ST Max LinQ 7X 4i: Pro 225 with Project X io 6.0 6i-PW: Pro 225 with Recoil 110 f4 50,54° & 58°: SM-10 P: Link.1 Ball: Pro Plus Drip Bag: Ghost MGS Anyday 14 way "And so, we beat on, boats against the current, borne ceaselessly into the past." - Fitzgerald ” The woods are lovely, dark and deep, But I have promises to keep, And miles to go before I sleep, And miles to go before I sleep.” - Frost "That you are here—that life exists and identity, That the powerful play goes on, and you may contribute a verse." - Whitman

Popular Post ole gray
Well, I have an update on the T350 irons and it's about what I would consider a structure issue with the badge on the back of my 7 iron. I'm not an engineer by trade but I did sleep at a Holiday Inn Express last night. I was on the range warming up and I heard something flying through the air. I looked at my iron and the badge was gone. I did find it so that's a good thing. I'm in the process of contacting Titleist for a repair. I could super glue it back on but no way and I'm going to mess with an expensive iron with a cheap repair. Not to mention it would affect any ongoing warrant. A few pics of what a T350 looks like on the inside: I've heard mine is not the only T350 that this has happened so it's not a random issue. I have not heard of any such issue with the rest of the series. Bad Golfer
That stinks! It looks like it might have been loose for a bit and let moisture inside as I can see the rust on the backside of the face. Pretty disappointing. TJ Hall
37 minutes ago, ole gray said: Well, I have an update on the T350 irons and it's about what I would consider a structure issue with the badge on the back of my 7 iron. You’re supposed to use the other side of the club to hit the ball! Just kidding, but way to take advantage of the situation and show the inner workings of the club…hopefully Titleist will come through for you. ole gray, KC Golf, Shrek74 and 1 other 4 Quote TaylorMade SIM 2 Max Driver TaylorMade Sim Ti 3 wood Titleist U505 Hybrid (3H) TaylorMade Tour Preferred CB Irons (4-PW) Vokey SM8 Wedges (52/56/60) Odyssey Ai-ONE 7S Putter

I've heard of a few instances so hopefully it can be eliminated. I'm sure Titleist will be right on it!
