No, I missed the personalization initially, and had to buy an extra pocket to make sure I received it. They (Ghost Golf) already shipped my bag out without any personalization. I sent them repeated emails over the weekend, when I placed the order, but I also received a shipping email back from them before any other response. I reached out to them earlier today, Catrina replied back, and I was able to order the extra pocket with the logo. Unsure if it may have been something in their system during the ordering or checkout process, but it didn't matter, as they assumed it was a plain bag and shipped it. Good news though, is I did order the pocket, I will have the Black Katana bag shortly or so I hope, and the pocket will come afterwards.
