I find the pockets I have to be fair size but I'm accustomed to having that one full bag length pocket to hold jackets and other layers of clothing on those days that start off in the low 40's but end up in the 60s or 70s by the time you finish. Or when you need to pack rain gear just in case but end up not needing it. I don’t have my bag yet, but that is a question I have about the bags and what I want to evaluate during testing. am used to the full length pocket on one side and consider storage important becuase I carry lots of unnecessary stuff. Preeway Posted April 17 Share Posted April 17 I've found the two main pockets on both sides to be large enough to hold my vest on one side and a long sleeve top on the other with no problem. I haven't tried stuffing in some rain gear yet and will pose that to the testers to see their thoughts. My only real gripe on the pockets is if the bag is on a cart, one of the two pockets is harder to access when close to other bag on the cart making it a little harder to get stuff out if you have to add and/or remove layers throughout the round. I feel there is decent storage, but adding a full length pocket would make it so much better.
