Jarrell from Bel Alton, Maryland
Yes i'm a right handed golfer
The club I would like to test is the VKTR+ 18* Recoil ES 85 F4 Stiff and a backup would be the UiHi Driving Iron 18* KBS Tour V Stiff
15 Handicap
Longest iron in the bag is a 4 iron and I also play a hybrid.

What is this thread. Full of burns...
Im in 1000% golf mode right now. Let me know when and where and I’ll see what I can do. Heck, I’d even take a day off from work if I had a week notice.
Only caveat is not driving through D.C or the north side of Baltimore. That would make for a long day.
Where are you at

New to the site and forum.
I moved back to Maryland last year after being gone for 15 years. Currently living in Southern Maryland. I'm always available if someone needs "one more" for a round.
I'm really working on my game since returning to golf after a 5+ year layoff.
Where at in southern maryland are you

Current Wedge's are the Cleveland RTX 588
I would get a 60 degree. Thats my go to wedge for shots 120 yards in and the wedge I use mostly for all my short game shots

I have a 15 handicap last time I check and I'm located in Bel Alton, Maryland.
Currently I play the Mizuno MP-54 and they feel like butter on a crisp shot. My 8 iron will go 160 yards.
To be honest I have never heard of them, but the direct to the consumer is the way of the future. The price and coming in front of big companies in last years players distance test category is a big thing especially with these big companies claiming every year to have a newer and better player distance iron. From just look at video's and going over their website this it one small business that I will for a fact be supporting in the future.

Ah! That’s the one course around me I haven’t played yet. I took off work one day just to play there only to find out the giant “NOW OPEN TO THE PUBLIC” sign was only for the restaurant, not the course. Kind of a bummer.
Glad to have another local spy though, welcome to the forum.
Thanks and let me know when you want to come down you can be my guest

My esteemed Forum Co Director @GolfSpy STUDque lives down that way. He may have heard of the club. I'm up in Northern Anne Arundel County, so not too familar with that. Welcome aboard!
Awesome. I will have to get a hold of @GolfSpy STUDque and see if he wants to play one day

I have been playing golf now for 11 years. My handicap is 15 and for the last year I have been trying to get it lowered but work and a kid have slowed that progress. The thing that I love about golf is its just you versus the course. It's one of those sports where anything can happen just as in hunting and fishing. The thing i love the most about golf was that I picked it up one I returned home from Iraq as a stress relief and it has been such a big help. I came here because one day while on golfwrx a article about something came up what I cant remember but the content seems and the people seem like its more to offer here than on golfwrx. c Currently i'm located in southern maryland and my home course is Hawthrone Country Club. Golf in Maryland is great in spring miserable in summer and great again in the fall. Overall as long as you know how to deal with the weather you can play golf year round almost. For a living i'm a career fireman and i picked my username because its been something thats been with me since I joined the volunteer fire house when I was 16.

Sorry your post got sidetracked! But check out this thread if you haven't already. You'll definitely find some guys in the area. Where do you play reguarly?
I live in southern maryland and Im a member at hawthrone county club which is a small nine hole course. I'm not worried about it going crazy. I've had more interaction on this site in 5 hours than I had on the other golf website

I never used a hitting mat before. Either I went to the local driving range, the driving range at the course or just swung a club in the back yard to work out the kinks.
Using a lm is foreign to me on a personal level. I've used them in hitting bays of dicks and other golf retailers just to see what I was doing. But until I get a more consistent swing honestly in my opinion using one now really wouldn't help me. Plus I go off of feel and visual result, seeing the numbers on a computer feels lie something is left out
