Kegger
Where do you think the best travel destination would be for a week of golf? This is a very biased reply since I'm in the area, but I would say the Monterey Bay area in California. This one area has 6 courses (4 of which are only minutes apart) from the Top 100 Public Course list from Golf Digest (numbers are their current ranking from the list): 1. Pebble Beach 11. Spyglass Hill 18. Pasatiempo 42. Cordevalle 44. The Links at Spanish Bay 62. Poppy Hills It would be a very expensive but an awesome week of golf! And I guess I should add my bucket list as well... 1. Cypress Point.... That about sums it up! Only need one! Although I've been playing/planning trips around the Top 100 Public list, so I guess you could call that a bucket list of sorts as well... pulledabill
As an Oregonian Im amazed at all the people that list Bandon. Is it that great? On another site a question was asked about what course to play. Bandon or Pebble? Bandon was really the overwhelming winner based purely on golf. For me my list would be courses here in the NW but heres a few Id love the chance at. 1. Pebble 2. Augusta 3. Cypress 4. Kapalua 5. Bethpage black 6. St. Andrews.
