STUDque
I'm seeing a neurologist at the VA in Augusta, Ga. November 12 for a brain scan. I have had symptoms of multiple sclerosis and this could be related to exposure to agent orange in Vietnam. Hopefully the scan will clarify what's going on so we can get to the bottom of this and I can get some questions answered. . Thinking about you gray. I'm hoping that whatever the issue is, they have a fix for it. Go get em pal. Sent from carrier pigeon using MyGolfSpy I posted the wrong date for this test as it was supposed to be on November 6th. It was canceled. I'm having to get some issues cleared up from past Prostate cancer. I had it (prostate) removed and my psa level has been great for several years. This year it has creeped up a bit and the doc is focusing on this over MS symptoms. The weakness I experience on occasions could be coming from a different source. ole gray
So you're at the nail salon?? hope it feels better later... MDGolfHacker Actually I've been to one of those places a couple of times. Back when I had my other toe giving me fits with the ingrown crap, I decided it couldn't hurt. Just imagine a big ole red neck country boy heading into one of them nail saloons. The Ladies all looked at me with a grin on their faces. I'm sure my face was red but I was seeking some relief. Well she soaked my toes down good and got to work. I walked out of there with some pretty toes and much relief. I told the good ole boys at my course I got myself a pedigree now and I'm pain free. The only problem was after a while the nail grew back with a vengeance so I went to see a foot doc this time. He performs a procedure where a portion of the nail is cut out so the rest of it can flatten out and not curl under. I had the right big toe fixed two years ago and not a problem. Today the left toe was fixed so I'm good to go. No more trips to them fancy toe washing places for me. Kenny B
I've never had shoulder issues (knock on wood). AH1980MN
When I had rotator cuff issues the doc gave me a few excersises and rest, but I HAD to keep up on both- that meant light duty at work, which meant less work, and a lot of long frustrating days. I eventually had it in both shoulders, same R/X. I expressed my concerns, and the doc pretty much read me the riot act- I believe "stay down" was used at least three times. That surgery is rough, glad I never got there. And all from chasing the nephews around (not golf related). Damn. ole gray
This is not an injury as it's more in the what ails ya type situation. With that said I'm heading in early this morning to get the results of my PSA (prostate) exam. I had the big "C" several years ago and all has been good up until six months ago when my PSA level showed a very slight increase. Since I had my prostate removed, I was hoping no bad cells were left behind. Ya'll pray that my test results today will show no further increase. The good thing about this place is we are all family and it gives a warm feeling knowing folks are thinking good thoughts.
